This is haunting and I would presume from original sources in England rather than the Americas, well worth finding even if I was looking for an Appalachian version which I didn't find anyway.

Have you rendered "In the Pines" ........(he wonders and begins a search :)

Hi - thanks for the complimentary feedback. If I remember correctly, the song is very like a version done by Buffy Ste Marie many years ago. I'm fairly sure we didn't get it from a printed source but (unusually for us) can't remember the exactly where it came from.
