she only lip syncs in Korean.. but in japanese she doesnt? why is that?

yeah...in korea they focus more on stage effects lik lighting, dancing, clothing, back up dancers etc. the overall stage performance feel.
in japan...its more forcused on live singing. if you cant sing live...you dont deserve to be a singer~~
