  • JJJJJJJJESU! I THANK GOD

  • NOW I LOVE KCS, BUT THIS IS ONE WOMAN SHE CAN'T OUT SING

  • Sing Tramaine!!!!

  • Dee I miss you girl and dedicate this to you. RIP I will see you all again one day.

  • After all these years, her voice is still POWERFUL!!! Sang IT!!!!

  • Thank you for this blessing Mrs. Hawkins...Be Blessed!

  • Tramaine still soundin lovely and powerful, just like I remember her in the 80's on the radio stations as much as the other Hawkins Family members. Rest in peace Walter Hawkins and we miss you!

  • Good GOD Tramaine sounds like she did 30 years ago. God has smiled on her talent! WOW

  • I know that Walter and Tramaine were married, but were they still together up until his depature or had they seperated or divorced?

  • @MrProfessor1984 Walter and Tramaine were no longer married but remained close and T is an integral part of the Hawkins family. W & T had two children from their union, a son, Walter, Jr. (Jamie) and a daughter Trystan. Tramaine has been now married to Tommy Richardson for the past 15 years.

  • She's right you know... I was in the clubs, doing everything under the sun that was wrong. His songs would filter through the drugs and alcohol. Every so often the words would stop me in my tracks. Finally I gave my life to the Lord. Here we are 30 years later and I love the Lord so very much. Thanks to all of you who sacrificed and took flak so those outside the Church could know Him! The devil can't do you no harm Walter Hawkins! Thanks Bro...

  • i'm sort of confused a little maybe someone can inlighten me; i was thinking tramaine was one of his sisters; but what was her relationship to walter; is she his cousin or what?

  • @mike19621000 Walter and Tramaine were married. They have two children together Walter Jr (Jaime) and Trystan.

  • @mike19621000 No she was Walter Hawkins wife for years. They were childhood sweethearts from the ages of 11-12, I believe.

  • @mike19621000 Tremaine was his ex wife and mother of his two children. She was married to him at the height of his career.... Going up Yonder.

  • @mike19621000 Tremaine was his exwife and mother to his children.

  • folks don't sang like this no mo - all them crazy runs - trippin over notes - sang it !!!

  • @uhavechrist u have never said it wrong.......that's the truth! I am so sick of hearing runs off pitched notes, I don't know what to do. Just sang please. And, the anointing will do His part. This is singing...sho nuff. I missed those days and times. Anointing, Anointed singing!!! Sang Tremaine!!!

  • Haaaaaa..haaaa!!! All I could do is laugh!! What a singer..LEGEND!!! Awesome!!! Love It!!

  • When God gives a gift, He never takes it back. This Woman is truly G I F T E D!!!! Still sound the same, that's the G O D in her!!! Job well done as always Tramaine.

  • Awesome. You sing Lady Tramaine...

  • Oh my God!! I can just feel this, as I always do when the Hawkins Family sing for the Lord. You don;t see this anywhere...not even in Hollywood. What divorced couple comes out time after time in the public and just present "flawless" perfomances every time you see them. That, alone, has always amazed me; however, it should not surprise me because when God is in charge of it all....all we can do is "go with the flow". The chemistry between Bishop Walter Hawkins and her--from "The Potter".

  • Go Ahead Lady Tramaine Hawkins! Bishop Walter Hawkins was as he was called a "Heavyweight Legend" in gospel music. He wrote songs that not only touched the heart but "caught" the heart. He put scripture in his music. That was a "highlight" of his writing style. I want to mention a few other impacts: Rev. Milton Brunson, Douglas Miller, Danniebelle Hall, Daryl Coley, The Winans, etc. Lady Tramaine has a gift. You notice that NO ONE can replicate her voice. (God-Given) God Bless You!

  • Tramaine is so sweet in spirit. It really shows.

The thing about technology is that in 75 we didn't have pitch correct and quantizing or gadgets to make you sound superb. It was press record and go. Tramaine still sings the same with the same anointing as well as the other family members. We might see a clip of them singing on a bad vocal day and who cares because we know what they can do vocally with proper rest and such. But most of all the anointing makes the difference.

  • How things have changed. I wonder if there any artist in Gospel that would impact the world as Walter Hawkins does, over 30 years later. It's not about who's better than who but we are so awed by with Walter's passing because of the unique anointing he was drenched in. He had a way of saying the right words with the right music and My God...his voice grabs your attention.

  • I'm in my early thirties and when this song came out I was just a kid but I do remember how back then it seemed that the voices in Gospel were so few but it wasn't like we were hurting for more. The Hawkins, James Cleveland, The Clark Sisters, Andrae Crouch, Keith Pringle, Vanessa Bell Armstrong just to name a few were our heroes.

  • One of the most angelic voices ever....and she still sounds the smae. When I see her I just see class

  • Beautiful 1st Lady of Gospel!

  • tramaine still got that gift

  • My GOD she went way back and got a GOOD OLE SONG

  • DONT U MAKE ME CRY

  • Well, this is my favorite Tremaine-Led song.
