I fantasize all the time on become a burlesque performer. I think first step is to emerge in everything burlesque style, lingirie history, past dancers, hairstyle, and learn all the dance steps. The hard part is getting good enough and finding venue to start performing

Just do it. I have wanted to do this for 4 years now, collecting lingerie, books, videos. Im only 20. I don't want to look back when Im 40 and say, "WHY DIDN"T I BECOME A PART OF THAT!!!"

@MailaHarlow666 I hear you. When I was 20 Burlesque was dead as a doornail. I have just turned forty and you know what? I won't let that stop me! I'll just be extra-classy and -sneaky in hiding my cellulite. *GRIN*

@Witzkatz yes, good for you!!! and even if I didn't start burlesque performing now I would still have started when i was 40. 40 isn't old at all, it's a new peak, and I plan on performing until I break a hip.
