Haha, I was wondering about the beep. At first, I thought it was my dog. He is a small dog and he barks exactly like that ONLY WHEN HE WANTS ATTENTION! So, I stopped the video and checked, NOTHING. It took me like five WTFudge looks to figure out it was the video.

hey just a suggestion if the batteries are not the problem it could mean that there is a problem with the alarm , mine did the same thing and we replaced them and never had the problem after that. just a suggestion :)

That sounds means that the battery needs to be replaced. The sound will stop once you do.

when i had those, my dad would just like unscrew them and let the cover part (that has cords and stuff connected to it) hang down. hahah it's the lazy way, but hey, it works!

It could be faulty wires. Get someone to come and check them out, and probably replace them.
