@Pathfindersdomain Ouch! It is a bit uneven/rocky under that water! There have been many occasions when i've fallen myself after jumping in. Luckily this year I had a knee injury and probably enjoyed it more spectating!

@gwynee1980 Hi, thank you:) Unfortunately the video is made up of about 20 clips and I only really took clips when the DK running club members came through the water! I can try and sort out getting the clips over to you to see if you can see any footage of wolves & bilston, but they are pretty large in size.
