why did they use a 4-door version and not a 2-door version? The ken block's fiesta is a 4-door version too, but the feature fiesta wrc will be a 2-door version, and so why did they and ken block use a 4-door version??

Its the first time the team is at Pikes peak so the havent much experience about the high alttitude and the performence of the engine, first time with the car also, on the asphalt the car goes really good but on the gravel they hade some problem with going to much side ways so they test different tiers

the fact that a ford fiesta could have managed to amaze so much people is enough

cause as they climb the mountain, the air pressure slowly goes away and as a result, ford was having major horse power lag. because no one is aloud to drive the complete track till you run, it was hard for ford to throw a new car on their with no prior knowledge of how the car would handle the high altitude.

it haves 800hp, from a 2.0 engine 16v and is based on the Erikssom Rallycross Fiesta, that produces 500-600, normal for a Div. A rallycross car.

This is the second rallycross car to take part in the Pikes Peak. The first was the Per Eklund Saab 9.3.
