@Azianchick123 Shrimp tempura is actually another kind of dish all together using a wet batter. Tempura is often eaten alone with a dashi and soy based sauce, or maybe with noodle soups. Ebi fry is made with bread crumbs, usually served on cabbage like seen in the video with tartar sauce, tonkatsu sauce or mustard, they aren't the same thing.

Ebi fry is made with bread crumbs whereas shrimp tempura is made with flour. Imo the tempura version is better, less oily.
