Although this video is very old, a few things I would like to point out for new people who are looking for inspiration and like this build:

1. Take some form of energy management, so you could switch out death blossom for critical strike, or take zealous daggers (but be careful as you won't benefit from conjure)

2. Against rangers take a pair of vampiric daggers as rangers have a huge amount of armor vs elemental damage

3. Shield set

4. Shadow refugee as a cover enchantment before you run in

the thing i like with this build is that you can do massive damage in PVP and you still have rez

and also you can just use it in pve but just take out the combo and spam

When you create a PvP character, you start at the highest level with a couple of skills (others can be unlocked by gaining Balthazar Factions).

When you create a PvE character, you have to level up but you can also play PvP.

Yeah, I usually substitute Conjure for a skill that makes all my attacks unblockable like Expose Defences (Hex), or Way of the Fox (Enchantment). Mirrored Stance is good if you're agianst a Ranger, cause most of them use Whirling Defences.

why put 8 points into shadow arts? cs 11+1+1 dm 10+1 wm 10 would work better.

and as said before you need twisting fangs or impale in there. drop hoto/fs and go gfs-twisting-moebius-db. dash/expose defences/siphon speed would all be good choices for the free slot.

15^50 20/20 +30 daggers, I'd imagine. Can't help you on the runes.

If you're going to run this build, I'd suggest Zealous daggers.

Personally, I prefer to use siphon speed with a hex chain. Siphon Speed -> Black Lotus Strike -> Horns of the Ox -> Black Spider Strike -> Critical Strike/Blades of Steel (-> Impale) with a resurrection signet and Moebius Strike to spam Horns of the Ox or Critical Strike/Blades of Steel after using the chain. Dumping Black Spider Strike in favor of an IAS (flurry/flail) and just using Moebius Strike then works as well.

I know most enemies will die after the combo is done, and apparently you might not need moebius strike. But you can keep a foe below 50% health in the ground by spamming horns of the ox and moebius strike for example.

I didn't have Nightfall When I recorded the video, so I didn't have much options on healing/escaping.

the elite is mobeius strike it does some damage and if theyre below 50% hp all your skills come back. also since its an offhand attack you can follow up with a dual attack and then re use it if its recharged.

Ok build I guess. No healing and energy management could be better with hex+bls. IMO the mobeius is not really needed as most will die after death blossom. Also I think TF works better in PVP.

assasins skills are easy to guess, and this enchantment is elementalist Conjure Frost, ( For 60 seconds, if you're wielding a cold weapon, your attacks strike for an additional 1..21 cold damage. )
