  • @dolphinluv2413 (Gagging) BLASPHEMY!!!!!!!! Don Bluth happens to be one of the greatest people to ever work in the animation industry! >:(

  • @bslatky I agree! I have just about every one of his films.

  • @andrewvickers1992 Still nothing beats Disney!

  • @dolphinluv2413 yes, well even Disney had it's more critical moments (I referring to most of the Dark age from the late 1960's up until the late 1980's and also the mid to late 1990s period where some of the Renaissance period films had less critical acclaim [such as Pocahontas]).

  • @andrewvickers1992 Toy Story is one exception during the mid to late 1990's though, it was a critical and box office success. I'm not counting TS2 because 1) it's a sequel and 2) it was made at the tail end of the decade thus ending the 1900's (the century).

  • @andrewvickers1992 Blah, Blah, Blah, It's that some of Don Bluth's worst films are Thumbelina and A Troll in Central Park!!

  • @dolphinluv2413 How could Thumbelina be worse? It's targeted towards younger kids anyway, like ...maybe the New-Disney Channel generation.

  • @dolphinluv2413 Though I can agree with you with ATiCP, it's a big lipped alligator moment all together

  • @dolphinluv2413 And, looking back, I would think Rockadoodle was worst, not to mention the weirdest movie Don had ever made.

  • @andrewvickers1992 Well, I kinda like Rock-a-Doodle mainly because it's villain known as the Grand Duke of Owls.

  • @dolphinluv2413 Also I only watch Thumbelina for that big-lipped mustached toad who wants to marry her.

  • @dolphinluv2413 Yeah I kinda like Rock a Doodle, as I own a VHS copy since I was little. Safe to say, Don Bluth films were probably appropriate for 90s kids IN THE 1990s, but to look back at them, they might look alkward. As for Thumbelina, I like the Beetle Ball Dance.

  • @avickers1992 What about the toad?

  • @dolphinluv2413 I liked it when he took away the Beetle's wings. And why would Charo voice the Mama toad?

  • @avickers1992 What do you think of the whistling southern wolf from the Droopy cartoons?

  • Created: 1974, as part of straight-to-video package film.

Added to full length film: 1977 "The Many Adventures of Whinnie The Pooh"

  • @juiceforjoe I'm only 16 too, but yeah, this was my childhood, ha-ha.

  • This is actullay the 1994 VHS of Winnie the Pooh Storybook Classics.

  • @rod1014 Technically, yes, but I put it up as 1995 because of my tape's print date.
