@AWZ117 If you want to know why he was so crappy, it was because he was a recolor of a G1 figure. The G1 toys, combiners especially, tended to be plastic bricks.

his combined mode with jetfire is pretty nice IMO, as the top, not the bottom. Mine broke as soon as i got it in the store. the wing thing hinge snapped, so he stays in permanent combined mode

I like the color scheme and that's it. The gimmick sounds were annoying as hell, so I removed the batteries.

I never really had another same size Transformer to combine him with, so I wouldn't know what his combined form would be like.

I hated his character on the show too.

I actually own quite a lot of the Energon figures, most of them aren't really that bad, but probably because I avoided a lot of others too, which may have been more crappy.

I used to have them but then oneday i accidentally threw them away.... I had like 5 Battler Ravages, 5 Divebombs, all the original color schemes of: optimus, hotshot, ironhidew, inferno, strong arm, sky blast, perceptor minicons, titalwave, cyclonus, unicron, and megatron.

This toy actually made me vomit!! Energon really had some low points didn't it!! Great review, I really enjoy getting stuck into a bad toy and letting rip, very satisfying, We put a lot of money into our hobby and deserve better efforts than Energon Ironhide, 5 stars :)
