  • try doing it with a long bar, its totally different, also what the point of holding it above you head for more than about 2-3 seconds?. If you lack space use an ez curl bar, its harder to grip though

  • I have done 135 lbs with a long bar pretty easily, I have a video of that.

    And I hold it above my head to build shoulder strength.

  • Impressive. Perfect form would dictate that the non active hand/arm isn't on your knee, though. One can use the off hand to push off and make the lift easier. Nice lift nonetheless though.
