  • Nice job, Ken. I've always enjoyed your photography. Not sure if this is a new venture for you but the time-lapse capture of the festival is fascinating!

  • @NlandC thanks for the kudos! I've always been fascinated with timelapse and now with digital, it is something I can finally explore ... stay tuned : )

  • This is Great! Talk about patients, I see how the movements have to be so subtle. Maybe you should try a large panhead. Either way Ken, this is a lot of fun. Nice music choice, really fit the mood. Look forward to you doing some northern lights,

  • thanks for the feedback and boy would I love to try this with Northern LIghts!

  • Oops, let me correct my previous posting. "The Irish Rover" is a different song. A good one too when done by "The Pub Runners". This one of course is "The Benzie Rover."

  • hey Dennisnorthland ... I knew what you meant ; )

    welcome back!

  • Watched this by myself and still, clapped at the end. I had a big smile on my face. The pacing of "The Irish Rover" was perfect and I love that song anyway. Very well done! If you think a "do over" would be better, I can't wait to see it next year.

  • thanks for the virtual applause Dennis! ; )

  • I think this is so great! It really captures the excitement of seeing these lovely ships come into our home port. This festival was a success in so many ways, and this caps it off nicely. (wife of the mha director...:-)

  • Would have been better with "Boots" Randolph's "Yakety Sax"

  • pretty cool but i'm not so much of a fan of the moving time lapses

    hope all is well :)

  • I agree about the moving sdpgposd ... would love to have a 'do over' ... but, I'm learning. Thanks for taking the time to say so ... and yes, all is well.

  • Ken, One of your best. Love all the action, the view and all the points of interest. Love how you started with the clock. Song of the Lakes is a perfect music track.

  • Bruce, you are kind ... thanks for taking the time to comment.
