@outdoorsthings2 you got a beagle? im thinking to have one, that's why i need to talk to someone who can give me advices and give me more information about them. Are you interested? We can talk through our youtube accounts by messages?! Thanks, Trina.
@RealEros1 my old dog did that alot, we went out side, I went in to wet her water, she was gone! But I kept the gate door open incase she returned, she did, I left it open again and she did it, she came back. She did it like every day!
I would rather get mine from a shelter because pet stores can have rlly sick pets but one disease going around in kennels are kennel cough my dog had it it's very treatable but deadly if u don't treat it right away :P
@Caitlinizwierd i know, boycott petland, we bought our mini dachshund from there and he was really sick with fluid in his lungs, and they didn't pay for the vet bills.
Teacup poodles arnt a official category of poodles, I'm talking about poodles that are so small that they can fit into teacups. They are very rare, but they do exist. They need a home cooked diet, because commercial dog foods are too big. Teacup poodles ate usually the runts of a litter, or a genetic imbalance. And are you calling me a puppy miller? Fuck off. I take good care of my dogs.
I live in an apartment with my family ( im a teenager) and i prefer small to medium sized dogs that do not bark. Also, my mom and i are allergic (sorta) to long dog fur so we can only have short-hair dogs. It might also help if the dog does not bark alot. ( i know that dachsund, hot dog dogs, bark alot so that is out of the question.)
@purifylightning How much a dog barks depends on how it was bred, and how much you socialize it. Small dogs from reputable breeders may bark less than a dog from a backyard breeder or puppymill. For you I might suggest a poodle or a chinese crested dog. Both breeds are hypoallergenic, and poodles at least are easily trained, chinese cresteds are a little cat-like in their personality but still loving. And take your dog everywhere and let it meet new people. Hope that helps you.
@starscreamthe7th There's no such thing as a "teacup" poodle. "Teacups" are pieces of chinaware. Or a puppymiller's phrase for a runty toy they use to jack the price of a smaller pup to exhorbent amounts of money.
@starscreamthe7th that's not true.we have a toy poodle that we never have to groom.it's not gonna kill em.trust me.those things are like cockroaches;impossible to kill.theyre tough.all they need is food water and attention.
Omg I got a puppy from a "reputable" breeder named Kelly Collier in breeders.net and she was more concerned about selling her ill puppies than my background info and living quarters, etc. Collier lied about almost everything. She said that the dog I wanted was too young and replaced it with another dog that was worse. She also said that her puppies were crate trained, but I took my dog home and she piddled All over my new couch.
@woofwoofyoyo yeah i got a border collie from the pound and 4 years later, she still loves us.actually, all of our dogs are pound puppies, exept for one whos owners moved to a pet free apartment out of the state.we took her in so she wouldnt go to the pound
i dont think it's wrong to breed your own dogs even if they are a dog breed mix... just find a good home 4 the puppies. Nobody comes and says to humans that we cant have kids becouse there is so many orphans somewhere that needs adopting! Just saying...
they actually are not mean at all i hadone and he was the nicest most playfull dog ive ever met...i was in 3rd grade when i got him and he pased away just last year :( but he was amazing
This is a good video, but there should be a video on proper breeding.
For example, good breeders DON'T breed for profit, and always show their purebred, registered dogs in conformation, agility, etc before breeding them. Good breeders don't only rely on their own opinion, or the vet, before producing more puppies. They discuss things with other good breeders and attend dog shows to ask judges' opinions and get the facts from them.
i have a golden lab cross retriever. She's 11, which is really old. (well, at least old) and shes never bitten anyone in her life! shes such a sweetie! great breed and great swimmers but the need an average amount of exercise and a good garden. not too large. :D brilliant with children of all ages and very friendly. putting a microchip in your dog or puppy, (dont worry it doesnt hurt them!) is a good idea too, its for their own good. :)
if the dog leaves its for his own good you cant keep a dog forever its his life let him leave and come when he goes if he comes back he loves you if not then no
I have to say that the timing of this video is impeccable. I've been wanting to get a dog and will probably be getting one soon, although I've already done a fair amount of research into what breeds I would likely do well with. =3
If you enjoy lifting huge bricks of feces the size of five dollar footlong bread off your lawn, I would suggest something along the lines of a great dane.
I have two Great Danes. I love those dogs:) huskys too even tho I never had one

If u want a poodle, heres some tips
If you don't have much space, teacup or toy.
If you have kids, miniature (not too big, not too small)
If you want a active dog, standard
If you want a impressive dog, king
If you want to impress with littleness, teacup.
If you have no time, don't get a poodle, grooming is mandatory once a day.
If you have absolutly no time, don't get any pets.

Don't get a puggle from a shop or breeder. Good breeders don't make mixed dogs. Adopt a mix from a shelter, or get a purebred from a GOOD breeder.
