Only thing I can't get used to with this game is how badly the wii sucks at registering punches. You def have to get used to laying back and through only one or two punches at a time because combos of any kind make the wii cry

To fight matt you have to get somewhere around the level maximum of 2000. I think in boxing, you can only reach the level 2000 and become champion after beating matt. Then, I think you have to defend your title. LOL. Shouta is also a very strong mii. A person you might need to worry about around the pro level is Anna. Anna will fight you a crap-load of times, ranking with you.

If you dodge back and forth really fast then we wont be able to hit you, then when you see the matrix motion you can land a good 3-4 punches in his face. My skill level is 1800 and rising and I've never been knocked out. Not once. Works every time.

heres a tip: When you dodge and see the slow motion hit the guy 2 times then hit the guy QUICKLY on his head after the slow-mo.

Be quick to hit him on the face after the slow-mo. Hit the guy 3 or 4 times then dodge the next time. Repeat, and you will get a high rating and not wasting time on fight on the 2nd quarter!

You get like 26 or 27+ skill points when you are on 2000-3000...

like Popaldinho10 i got 3000+, my tip is to keep dodging until they miss, it should come up with a fuzzy spot on screen for a short while, in that short while punch and you will score a critical hit and after that punch again right after your first and keep goin for as long possible. You should win all the time if you do that, also you lose skill points when you get knocked out i don't mean when you lose the boxing match, i mean if your circle goes down to zero. I hope this helps.
