Why did u by the japanese version?

It's a demonstrative fighting style, not anything in particular. It's spaced out to allow people to actually recognize the combat that's going on, instead of attempts to show off. It's just good ol' fashioned basic gameplay that represents this portion of the game at its base state. Also, it's the US version, just with the japanese voices turned on. I prefer the original, since that's what I grew up wathching.

It's in the training mode - they have all the instructions in there. I think it was something like R2 plus up plus R3 or L3. Some sort of combo' like that.

You have to unlock the chapter of the story mode in which the character went super saiyan. Otherwise you won't be able to use it. Some characters like Brolly need fusion items to unlock his super form.

Tenkaichi 2. It's definitely got a more advanced battle system, and is something new, while B3 is nice, it's more or less recycled gaming from past Budokai games.

The video is OK, but you are playing on a very easy difficult and for the whole Ginyu Force you need to select the FREE Fight mode.

No, it's not on easy, all my videos are on normal. Also, my videos aren't up here to impress anybody with mad-skillage. Only some are, such as the Ace Combat Zero stuntshow. This was put up to show folks additions to BT2's gameplay design from the simplistic take with BT1. Being able to throw enemies when they're on the ground and other things, couldn't do that in the first.
