Go for a different mouthpiece too maybe to keep you from sounding so stopped up in the middle register.. And if you are being serious work on your tone a lot which shouldn't be very hard. Sing the song with your lips don't blow it... lol

This is the 2nd section of the William Tell Overture (there are four which are not officially designated and between which there is no pause but it's obvious even to the untrained ear).  This part is supposed to depict a storm and is usually played by a full orchestra. It's in minor and scary. Just a bit of advice, maybe you should play a trombone with out the F attachment, and a smaller bore first, then switch to the F attachment
