Different whistle tutorial

The thing is, when I try either of the techniques, sometimes I can get a sharp and high whistle, but it's not a clear sound like you do... I don't know what to change in my mouth to reach the sound you make.

When I try do the second one I feel like every thing is where it should be but when I blow out my tounge goes back into my mouth making a gap to big to make the sound. How do you stop your tounge from drawing back. Cheers

I have really mastered the teeth version and just learned the no teeth version, and there's another where you flip your tongue up instead of down and make a reverse bevel. Not as easy and maybe not as effective but I guess I'm just seeing what else is possible. I'll do a vid response. Let me know what you think. I can go way louder in the no teeth version so i'm almost as loud as my fingered versions
