hey man how do you get the windows 7 start up menu? i got everyting you explained except for the start menu. please help. and thanks so much so far :)

one thing.
i did the begining part, with all the theme and whatnot, and itdidnt work.
BUT
i tried this;
instead of going to my C drive, i just opened it straight from the .rar or .zip file
and it worked!
