This is public information given by each contry including the US. That`s the reason why US politicians only quote the total number. Hence; the US contributes the most. But contributing the most on a population of 305 million is not really impressive considering the biggest nation in Europe is Germany with only 82 million people. Germany alone Contributes half of the US foreign aid (21 billion vs 11 billion) while it accounts for even less then 1/3 of the US in population total.
I saw your post there, whilst i know that America contribute less but also consider how are aid figures are calculated. Aid might be applied for example in loans to build rail links or transport links with the sole intention of opening up new trading opportunites between Europe and that country. Or supporting governments aligned with an EU agenda for example. In any other circumstance most of this money would not be documented as "aid".

Wake up....the rest of the world already doesn't like us. They want the USA to send them money and troops, but make sweeping generalizations about our people and our government.
Personally, I would rather tell the rest of the world to fight their own battles and pay for their own aid and see how that goes over.
Fortunately (or unfortunately depending how you look at it) our government still tries to help the nations that need it, even though we are still looked upon with disdain.

This is public information given by each contry including the US. That`s the reason why US politicians only quote the total number. Hence; the US contributes the most. But contributing the most on a population of 305 million is not really impressive considering the biggest nation in Europe is Germany with only 82 million people. Germany alone Contributes half of the US foreign aid (21 billion vs 11 billion) while it accounts for even less then 1/3 of the US in population total.

I saw your post there, whilst i know that America contribute less but also consider how are aid figures are calculated. Aid might be applied for example in loans to build rail links or transport links with the sole intention of opening up new trading opportunites between Europe and that country. Or supporting governments aligned with an EU agenda for example. In any other circumstance most of this money would not be documented as "aid".

Yes if we take this into account America contributes even less compared to Europe. A great deal of foreign aid of the US goes directly to Israel. I did maintain your comment about "a failed state" was an assumption but our new President is making that position unsure. Same with "defend against your own country." Not long ago I would have laughed but things seem to be changing rapidly. Be aware: Tulsa is not Boston nor is Houston like San Francisco and none are Europe.

I don't see your argument personally. The moment i say a word you just come back with a pretty boring standard defence that presumes 1, that i don't know what i am talking about and 2, that it is born from 'it being hammered into my head' when you can be sure of neither.
As for learning about the subject i have fired more weapons than most people and at no time did i or 99% of the people i met ever wish to own any kind of weapon.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE that banning gun ownership decreases violent crime. The evidence proves that it is the reverse. Of course liberals celebrate failure anyway. Their "elder statesmen" are people like Jimmy Carter whose presidency is on of the worst of the 20th Century. They tout their failed social programs as proof of how much they "care". Why wouldn't they promote a failed policy of gun control?
