He just broke another one today by voting for the FISA bill that attempts to strip away the 4th amendment which requires probable cause and a warrant for a search or seizure. This allows Bush to now tap everyones phone and internet without warrant.
Yes, you're right Chiefs129. It does go much deeper than that. But for purposes of brevity, I didn't want to go into all the ramifications and details surrounding SCOTUS's decision to deny certiorari. But feel free to bring some of them up here - so that other viewers can see and learn.
The Foundation isn't seeking to challenge mere statutes, which are a lower form of "animal" than a Constitutional Right. An enumerated Right takes higher precedence than any individual statute or collection of statutes. This Right-to-Petition allows the People the capability to enforce all the others. The argument for, and the history of this Right, is sound and provides the basis for People to re-chain their supposedly "servant" government to the Constitution that is supposed to govern IT.
So, the highest Court in the Land just refused to interpret the Constitution. This was a MAJOR lawsuit with about 1500 individually-named plaintiffs involved in suing the Government for a re-declaration of their (and everyone else's) unalienable and fundamental Rights by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Bob, and his organization, have taken this issue of defining the contours of this most critical Right to the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this year. The Supreme Court, defied its very own precedent, and very illegally neglected its primary function to interpret "first impression" Constitutional questions. The U.S. Supreme Court has NEVER interpreted the Petition Clause of the First Amendment, and by not doing so, committed Constitutional Treason by denying certiorari (refusing) to hear the case.
Our government has traveled far beyond the bounds of its given powers and authority. It has effectively wiped out the Bill of Rights (with the exception of the lonely Third Amendment). Bob Schulz and the We the People Foundation, a non-profit organization, seek to restore our lost Rights via the Right to Petition clause of the First Amendment -- which is the "capstone Right" that protects all others -- and is simultaneously the "accountability clause" to correct errant governmental behavior.
All of our unalienable Rights, enumerated in the U.S. Constitution, are not mere "privileges" that can be taken away or modified at the whim of government, except by the Constitutional Amendment process, or by Constitutional Convention & those are THE ONLY TWO WAYS that it can be altered. The Constitution is our nation's highest law, governing our gov't, and expressing the Rights of the People, not the Rights of the Government. It specifically enumerates the Government's powers and authority.
The Right-to-Petition dates all the way back to the Magna Carta of the 13th Century. The foundation of our entire legal system is based upon it. The Right-to-Petition is an enumerated Right guaranteed in the Bill of Rights -- and specified as the last ten words of the First Amendment. It is a fundamental Right of the American People to petition their "servant" government for a redress of grievances, when such Constitutional grievances exist. These are known legally as "Constitutional Torts".
I'm impressed with what you've done here. These congressmen definitely need to be served for constitutional violations - and they've committed some real whoppers! Too bad there aren't any fines for all those violations.
Thanks for the link that you gave in your video description box. I just visited their website. There's a lot of really interesting material and videos on that site and I just signed all the petitions. If anyone else hasn't checked it out yet, make sure to. It'll wake you up!
And thanks for sharing this unusual "legal exercise" that you had with your congressman. I had no idea all this was going on. You people rock! It gives me real hope...
Yeeeees! Great job guys! We the People run this country, not the politicians. How dare they keep spitting all over the constitution. We're mad as hell, and we're not going to take it anymore!
Glad to see some REAL action being taken to tame these representatives (OF THE PEOPLE?). It's about damn time! Kudos to all of you that planned and executed this huge "event".
This was one of many very courageous acts of patriotic service by the People, for the People, and of the People across the Country to personally confront our so-called elected public "servants" - yeah!
It's high time for our reps to get their collective acts together & to start representing US once again, instead of completely ignoring US. And this is just the beginning. Thanks RP4409 for sharing this great experience on video! It's a virtual "Civics" lesson.
I know there must be some other "serve the congressman the petition for redress of grievances" videos that may have been added, or still have to be uploaded, so if you encounter them, please feel free to add to the list.
As I encounter newly uploaded vids on this topic, I'll be adding them to my Favorites list. And I urge all others that have made these videos to do the same.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
I applaud the act, but come on.. change the wife beater goof ball. This does nothing to validate the seriousness of what you're doing walking into their office looking like that.
ha, ha... you're just jealous that you don't have a constitutional government in your country (isreal?) Certainly an American wouldn't hate the founding principals like you do.
It's what lead to the signing of the declaration of independence. They first petitioned the King for a redress of grievances. We have to first get it on record that they are no longer following the constitution, which will be the result of a non-response.
You obviously have not watched the notorious suspected ex-MI6 agent TheAntiTerrorist's (his YouTube handle) history and analysis of the factual truth of "Declaration of Independence." You should. You will thank him.
Notice how these Congresscritters have got hot secretaries? One of the taxpayer-funded perks of the job, I suppose. Good to see RP4409 not getting distracted, and focussing on the job at hand!
One thing I hold out hope for: although 533 or so will probably ignore it, we can at least rely on Dr Paul, and - hopefully - Kucinich, to process it properly. How far they can push it internally, before it is shut down, is another issue.
Yes, it mentions "repeated petitions" for redress of grievances being ignored, in the preamble of the Constitution. We need this history of seeking redress, even if they ignore it. Ultimately, if they continue to ignore the petitions, "alternative" methods, such as exercised during the original revolution, may be required.
Hat's off to Bob Schulz, and the team at We The People Congress who put this together. If you have a look at the paperwork supporting this, it really is a phenomenal amount of work.
If you haven't already, please support them, by becoming a paying member of their group (from as little as $7/month). It really is money well spent.
If they get no satisfaction via this process, by August, Bob Schulz is going to go on a hunger strike. That sort of committment deserves support. Step up, Patriots!
"Also, why 40 days? Why not 30? 30 is reasonable is it not?"
The reason 40 days was chosen as a time-limit, from my understanding, was that the Magna Carta of 1215 AD -- from which the First Amendment Right-to-Petition historically originated -- stated that the King had 40 days to respond to the People's rightful Petitions for redress of Grievances. After that time the people could "assail" him and his family, take all of his property and possessions, but leave he and his family unharmed.
"And if we shall not have corrected the transgression...within forty days, reckoning from the time it has been intimated to us...the community of the whole realm, distrain and distress us in all possible ways, namely, by seizing our castles, lands, possessions, and in any other way they can, until redress has been obtained as they deem fit, saving harmless our own person, and the persons of our queen and children;"
Yeah well, I am with ya all the way there but you must understand that 99.999999% of the American populous is not. McCain and Bush have millions of devotees worldwide, most of them are armed and in politics or the military and you must remember that republicans were republicans back in the days you are reminiscing about. Now they are not.
They are neocons which are very similar to the fascists my great grandparents were killing in the streets of Italy with clubs and sharpened broomsticks just before they fled Mussolini to come to America and the ones that were devoted to a gentleman named Adolph.
Not-to-mention that back in the good 'ol world Americans weren't ignorant, fat, pacified, complacent McDonald's eating, Starbucks Latte sipping imbeciles that care for nothing but their LCD HD TV, PS3, Blackberry, Razor cell phone and American Idol. I wouldn't place too much hope nor faith in the American general populous because as we have all learned far-too-well by now, they will let you down every time...
I meet and speak with literally thousands of people a year for many years now thru my work, most "progressive" and "independent" in their thinking. And I can tell you from first hand experience; there are not many anything except for pacified, complacent, misinformed, ignorant, unarmed, armchair warriors living pathetic lives of fear addicted to their cell phones, pesticide ridden foods and meat, drugs, alcohol, sex and TV...
These "independent" and "progressive" minded folks are a fraud, a hoax... You spend five minutes listen to their rant about Ron Paul this and independence that and Bush this and Cheney that and I'm this and I'm that and then I stop them dead in their tracks by saying; I have not burned a single gallon of gasoline since 1983.
My car runs on independent bio-dynamically farmed bio-diesel fuel much of which myself and my partners produce from waste product like corn cob and used cooking oil from major distributors. My car gets 51 MPG. I can drive 880 miles on a single tank of bio. I have been completely off the grid aside from satellite internet since 1977. My farm and home are wind and solar powered and so are all my immediate families and have been since the late 1970's or early 1980's.
I produce so much excess energy that I feed back into the grid and my meter spins backwards. I get $165-$210 from the power company in the winter and $200-$370 in the summer months. My farm is 100% self sustained, organic, perma-cultured and bio-dynamic and can feed as many people that could possibly live on the land and within a 5-10 square mile radius of the land.
I am a lifetime vegan and have never touched any form of dairy or meat nor eaten any Monsanto GMO foods nor foods sprayed with herbicide, fungicide or pesticide. Depending on the season I grow 80-100% of my own food and the rest I purchase thru my local co-op at wholesale cost. The truck that delivers the food runs on either vegetable oil or bio-diesel... Now tell me, how many of "us" are there?
You don't have to be as extreme as you are, in going off the grid, to qualify as "not dumbed down". Ron Paul pulled >1.2Million votes, and would have got a lot more if people knew about him, but weren't properly informed by the MSM.
Our first revolution was run with less people being actively involved.
You must be extreme if you are calling for and fighting for extreme measures which we are. As long as you are burning gas, on the grid, eating commercial Monsanto pesticide, herbicide, fungicide sprayed toxic foods, not growing your own, depending on the government and big corps, big energy and big oil to feed, transport and power your house you are playing into the game and 100% under their control and all other actions are nothing but posturing, futile, minuscule and useless.
Oh for Gods sake! What the hell are you doing Mr. Perfect, know-it-all! These guys are getting up off their asses and have not written their country off! You are the one Rodney, who is selling out in your attitude. Most of us are pissed off now and although we do have to maintain our calm demeanors, still do not plan to go down without a knock-down, drag-out fight. We'll let you know when we bail your lazy vegetarian ass out, OK?
Calm down Bevis. No need to get upset, irate and offended. I am just as pissed off as the rest of us. I am on your side. No need to attack the messenger. I am only informing folks of the only real way to revolt. Between my method and the utilization of private attorneys and litigation we will succeed. We need to hit them from both sides though. Utilizing only one side of the prong will surely fail. It has for near a century now.
And let me tell you, no one will need to bail me out. I own property, have two very good attorneys and am armed to the teeth. Please don't feel the need to attack me for what I do as it is my life's work and I have helped literally thousands of people become independent sovereign citizens and successfully come off of the grid and heal themselves of sickness thru lifestyle and diet. That is what I am doing.
I believe we are all on the same side here. But if you feel it helps our cause by attacking me, well then I guess fire away. I am not trying to attack anyone. I am only stating fact and truth. You cannot continue to feed into the system you are trying to fight it is monotonous and futile.
You own nothing, or haven't you been watching the news lately? At any time, the gov can step in and take your land. You just happen to not be on land that the gov wants right now. Step on the wrong toes, and that will change quickly.
You want to be really "off the grid"? Sell everything you have, give all the money to the poor, and follow the truth. Then you'll have nothing anyone wants.
Ha ha. You sound like a neo-Buddhist. I was raised Buddhist. I definitely love, understand and empathize with the Buddhist lifestyle. I am more of a Taoist now though due to a lifetime of experience and happenstance. No one will ever take my land though my friend, I am as far from the grid as humanly possible. When you don't own your own land you cannot obtain your own water and grow your own food you are dependent. Don't you worry about me. Enjoy your Buddhist lifestyle, I surely did.
hmm .. Buddhist? You're way off. I'm Messianic Jew. The quote I gave was what the Messiah told Lazarus, who was a very rich man. Lazarus's response was along the lines of yours: What man would do that?
The Messiah also said that no man has added a day to his life by worrying, so I'm not in the least worried for you. Nor do I worry for the US. This ship will turn, if only because I say it will because I stand with many. On July 12th, you will see.
I agree that it is a great effort and I have since the beginning, but it is also only half way. You need to go all the way.
And yes, we are taking on the most elite of all extremists; financially, militarily and legally. You MUST fight extremists with extremism, as it is the ONLY way to insure success.
"If you are deluded, clouded and asleep truth may seem like arrogance"
Neither I, nor the million+ people of the r3V0Lution are deluded, clouded, or asleep, and I can assure you, you are being arrogant. And wallowing in self-aggrandizement. You are the bleeding edge. Good for you. But, by definition, you can't expect everyone to be on the bleeding edge, else it wouldn't be that. Hundreds of thousands of people are doing good work against the system. Your comments belittle them and their efforts
I am not "bleeding edge". I am only a realist and 100% conscious of my efforts, effects and life. I am normal in the communities in which I spend most of my time. I am not being arrogant by stating my truth. You should not attack and accuse people for stating truth. As I have reiterated now multiple times to each and every one of my attackers; this is a good start and I am very pleased with this great effort. It is amazing.
But it is just that; a start. What folks need to realize is if they are going to fight fanatics and extremists they need to be extreme and go all the way or the effort is futile and useless.
I truly wish this was not so, but it is. You cannot feed the system in any way which you fight. You cannot strengthen the system which you are trying to bring down or it will bring you down harder.
Again, I am not making an attempt at belittling. If you are so attached to words, emotions and are that easily offended, well that is you.
What I am doing is making an attempt to educate those that do not understand that you must attack with a two pronged double edge sword or you will always fail to those who are utilizing this sword. Which the opposition quite obviously is.
I only wish folks could be detached from the emotion of that the have been conditioned to materialize by their societal conditioning and listen to the words for what they truly are.
Some do, some are not capable. It just depends if you are afraid of success or not. When I was studying psychology in university I specialized in fears. We had done several studies and analyzed hundreds of previous studies on human fear of success.
Believe it or not the vast majority of the general human populous is actually subconsciously absolutely terrified of truth and success. The results of our studies and others revealed the statistics to always be above the 85% level averaging more like in the 89%-94% depending on the study, the age group and the year of research.
I see you purchased a computer. It most likely contains a microprocessor or two that I personally had a hand in manufacturing. Therefore you support me, and I'm not off the grid.
Face it, unless you're Amish, which obviously you're not, you have ZERO room to talk.
By the way, your "corn fuel" is part of the reason people worldwide are going hungry. The true fuel is water, and my goal is to prove it within the next year.
1. Is this a legal summons/service or is this something you drew up on your own?
2. You speak of notarization. In the process of notarization all signing parties must be present and sign in front of the notary in my experience...
3. You give a deadline of 40 days. What will happen if after 40 days there is no response since this does not seem like a legal document or notarization?
4. In my experience you cannot have a "cosigner" for a legal service. The individual you are serving needs to be served otherwise the document is rendered null and void.
Thanks for your time in addressing these concerns in advance.
Do you folks (or the folks directly involved in this) have any access to that 3 or 4 million dollars that Ron Paul has left from his campaign donations?
3 or 4 million bucks will buy you some nice undefeated NYC attorneys, court time and some good publicity...
Ron Paul's money is going to his new organization campaignforliberty . com which is for changing the direction of the republican part. WTP foundation is dedicated to bypassing the electoral process and fighting the revolution through litigation.
I love litigation. Ron Paul's wasting his time and money. He needs to meet some with some progressive thinkers and couple good NYC Jewish lawyers and have a bit of a "meeting" before he gets lost in never-never land...

This is a pretty sad challenge, if you actually have something go for it..But petitions are pretty much useless as are marches and demonstrations
sportsstar67 3 years ago
It's what lead to the signing of the declaration of independence. They first petitioned the King for a redress of grievances. We have to first get it on record that they are no longer following the constitution, which will be the result of a non-response.

You obviously have not watched the notorious suspected ex-MI6 agent TheAntiTerrorist's (his YouTube handle) history and analysis of the factual truth of "Declaration of Independence." You should. You will thank him.

One thing I hold out hope for: although 533 or so will probably ignore it, we can at least rely on Dr Paul, and - hopefully - Kucinich, to process it properly. How far they can push it internally, before it is shut down, is another issue.
lastnymleft 3 years ago 7
It's about making these congressman aware that the people are getting restless and they better cool it!
RP4409 3 years ago

LumpyRevolution 3 years ago 8
"Also, why 40 days? Why not 30? 30 is reasonable is it not?"
The reason 40 days was chosen as a time-limit, from my understanding, was that the Magna Carta of 1215 AD -- from which the First Amendment Right-to-Petition historically originated -- stated that the King had 40 days to respond to the People's rightful Petitions for redress of Grievances. After that time the people could "assail" him and his family, take all of his property and possessions, but leave he and his family unharmed.
KobyBrandt 3 years ago 10
Love it! Thanks!
LumpyRevolution 3 years ago 4
This is according to the Magna Carta:
"And if we shall not have corrected the transgression...within forty days, reckoning from the time it has been intimated to us...the community of the whole realm, distrain and distress us in all possible ways, namely, by seizing our castles, lands, possessions, and in any other way they can, until redress has been obtained as they deem fit, saving harmless our own person, and the persons of our queen and children;"

RP4409 3 years ago
I meet and speak with literally thousands of people a year for many years now thru my work, most "progressive" and "independent" in their thinking. And I can tell you from first hand experience; there are not many anything except for pacified, complacent, misinformed, ignorant, unarmed, armchair warriors living pathetic lives of fear addicted to their cell phones, pesticide ridden foods and meat, drugs, alcohol, sex and TV...
rodneykingman 3 years ago
These "independent" and "progressive" minded folks are a fraud, a hoax... You spend five minutes listen to their rant about Ron Paul this and independence that and Bush this and Cheney that and I'm this and I'm that and then I stop them dead in their tracks by saying; I have not burned a single gallon of gasoline since 1983.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
My car runs on independent bio-dynamically farmed bio-diesel fuel much of which myself and my partners produce from waste product like corn cob and used cooking oil from major distributors. My car gets 51 MPG. I can drive 880 miles on a single tank of bio. I have been completely off the grid aside from satellite internet since 1977. My farm and home are wind and solar powered and so are all my immediate families and have been since the late 1970's or early 1980's.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
I produce so much excess energy that I feed back into the grid and my meter spins backwards. I get $165-$210 from the power company in the winter and $200-$370 in the summer months. My farm is 100% self sustained, organic, perma-cultured and bio-dynamic and can feed as many people that could possibly live on the land and within a 5-10 square mile radius of the land.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
I am a lifetime vegan and have never touched any form of dairy or meat nor eaten any Monsanto GMO foods nor foods sprayed with herbicide, fungicide or pesticide. Depending on the season I grow 80-100% of my own food and the rest I purchase thru my local co-op at wholesale cost. The truck that delivers the food runs on either vegetable oil or bio-diesel... Now tell me, how many of "us" are there?
rodneykingman 3 years ago
"Now tell me, how many of "us" are there?"
You don't have to be as extreme as you are, in going off the grid, to qualify as "not dumbed down". Ron Paul pulled >1.2Million votes, and would have got a lot more if people knew about him, but weren't properly informed by the MSM.
Our first revolution was run with less people being actively involved.
lastnymleft 3 years ago 8
You must be extreme if you are calling for and fighting for extreme measures which we are. As long as you are burning gas, on the grid, eating commercial Monsanto pesticide, herbicide, fungicide sprayed toxic foods, not growing your own, depending on the government and big corps, big energy and big oil to feed, transport and power your house you are playing into the game and 100% under their control and all other actions are nothing but posturing, futile, minuscule and useless.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
Oh for Gods sake! What the hell are you doing Mr. Perfect, know-it-all! These guys are getting up off their asses and have not written their country off! You are the one Rodney, who is selling out in your attitude. Most of us are pissed off now and although we do have to maintain our calm demeanors, still do not plan to go down without a knock-down, drag-out fight. We'll let you know when we bail your lazy vegetarian ass out, OK?
mikwid 3 years ago
Calm down Bevis. No need to get upset, irate and offended. I am just as pissed off as the rest of us. I am on your side. No need to attack the messenger. I am only informing folks of the only real way to revolt. Between my method and the utilization of private attorneys and litigation we will succeed. We need to hit them from both sides though. Utilizing only one side of the prong will surely fail. It has for near a century now.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
And let me tell you, no one will need to bail me out. I own property, have two very good attorneys and am armed to the teeth. Please don't feel the need to attack me for what I do as it is my life's work and I have helped literally thousands of people become independent sovereign citizens and successfully come off of the grid and heal themselves of sickness thru lifestyle and diet. That is what I am doing.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
I believe we are all on the same side here. But if you feel it helps our cause by attacking me, well then I guess fire away. I am not trying to attack anyone. I am only stating fact and truth. You cannot continue to feed into the system you are trying to fight it is monotonous and futile.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
Beavis is calm now. And thanks!
mikwid 3 years ago
You own nothing, or haven't you been watching the news lately? At any time, the gov can step in and take your land. You just happen to not be on land that the gov wants right now. Step on the wrong toes, and that will change quickly.
You want to be really "off the grid"? Sell everything you have, give all the money to the poor, and follow the truth. Then you'll have nothing anyone wants.
Robert697 3 years ago
Enjoy your Buddhist lifestyle, I surely did.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
hmm ..

"all other actions are nothing but posturing, futile, minuscule and useless."
Don't be such an arrogant turd. There's plenty that can be done, other than extremism, and this is a great effort.
lastnymleft 3 years ago
If you are deluded, clouded and asleep truth may seem like arrogance, but I assure you it is truth.
You cannot feed the system you fight or your efforts are nothing but a waste of time, energy and are futile and useless.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
I agree that it is a great effort and I have since the beginning, but it is also only half way. You need to go all the way.
And yes, we are taking on the most elite of all extremists; financially, militarily and legally. You MUST fight extremists with extremism, as it is the ONLY way to insure success.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
"If you are deluded, clouded and asleep truth may seem like arrogance"
Neither I, nor the million+ people of the r3V0Lution are deluded, clouded, or asleep, and I can assure you, you are being arrogant. And wallowing in self-aggrandizement. You are the bleeding edge. Good for you. But, by definition, you can't expect everyone to be on the bleeding edge, else it wouldn't be that. Hundreds of thousands of people are doing good work against the system. Your comments belittle them and their efforts
lastnymleft 3 years ago
I am not "bleeding edge". I am only a realist and 100% conscious of my efforts, effects and life. I am normal in the communities in which I spend most of my time. I am not being arrogant by stating my truth. You should not attack and accuse people for stating truth. As I have reiterated now multiple times to each and every one of my attackers; this is a good start and I am very pleased with this great effort. It is amazing.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
But it is just that; a start. What folks need to realize is if they are going to fight fanatics and extremists they need to be extreme and go all the way or the effort is futile and useless.
I truly wish this was not so, but it is. You cannot feed the system in any way which you fight. You cannot strengthen the system which you are trying to bring down or it will bring you down harder.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
"You should not attack and accuse people for stating truth"
And you should not belittle the efforts of hundreds of thousands of people, simply because they don't meet your standards.
lastnymleft 3 years ago
Again, I am not making an attempt at belittling. If you are so attached to words, emotions and are that easily offended, well that is you.
What I am doing is making an attempt to educate those that do not understand that you must attack with a two pronged double edge sword or you will always fail to those who are utilizing this sword. Which the opposition quite obviously is.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
I only wish folks could be detached from the emotion of that the have been conditioned to materialize by their societal conditioning and listen to the words for what they truly are.
Some do, some are not capable. It just depends if you are afraid of success or not. When I was studying psychology in university I specialized in fears. We had done several studies and analyzed hundreds of previous studies on human fear of success.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
Believe it or not the vast majority of the general human populous is actually subconsciously absolutely terrified of truth and success. The results of our studies and others revealed the statistics to always be above the 85% level averaging more like in the 89%-94% depending on the study, the age group and the year of research.
rodneykingman 3 years ago
"You must be extreme"?
I see you purchased a computer. It most likely contains a microprocessor or two that I personally had a hand in manufacturing. Therefore you support me, and I'm not off the grid.
Face it, unless you're Amish, which obviously you're not, you have ZERO room to talk.
By the way, your "corn fuel" is part of the reason people worldwide are going hungry. The true fuel is water, and my goal is to prove it within the next year.
Good day, sir.

A couple questions folks if you don't mind;
1. Is this a legal summons/service or is this something you drew up on your own?
2. You speak of notarization. In the process of notarization all signing parties must be present and sign in front of the notary in my experience...
3. You give a deadline of 40 days. What will happen if after 40 days there is no response since this does not seem like a legal document or notarization?
rodneykingman 3 years ago
4. In my experience you cannot have a "cosigner" for a legal service. The individual you are serving needs to be served otherwise the document is rendered null and void.
Thanks for your time in addressing these concerns in advance.
RK
rodneykingman 3 years ago
Dear RodneyKingman,
1. It is a legal document. Go to the website link on the right to see what exactly we the people are doing.
2. We had it notorized to show that we were who we said we were when it was delivered.
3. What happened the last time redress was denied :)
4. The office employees act as agents for the congressman. They are valid to accept service for any documents delivered to the congressmans suite.
If I were him I would hire an attorney and govern myself accordingly!

One more question if you don't mind;
Do you folks (or the folks directly involved in this) have any access to that 3 or 4 million dollars that Ron Paul has left from his campaign donations?
3 or 4 million bucks will buy you some nice undefeated NYC attorneys, court time and some good publicity...
rodneykingman 3 years ago
Ron Paul's money is going to his new organization campaignforliberty . com which is for changing the direction of the republican part. WTP foundation is dedicated to bypassing the electoral process and fighting the revolution through litigation.
tjwestbr 3 years ago 7
I love litigation. Ron Paul's wasting his time and money. He needs to meet some with some progressive thinkers and couple good NYC Jewish lawyers and have a bit of a "meeting" before he gets lost in never-never land...
