Alot of the motions I don't see how they apply. Alot of circling the hands around, not alot I'd personally get out of this form. I know someone who loves this style though and I'm sure he gets alot out of it.
@schulleee Um, i think this place teaches both Shaolin and Wing Chun... This form would probably be Shaolin, thus, this school would not attempt to pass this as Wing Chun... and various customs such as being bare-footed vary between places of practice. Who are we to criticize their training methods?
@Mrjoshuablanc nope, i mean america ! the chinese moved first to america where they didn´t teach people the "true" stuff because they used to be a little too patriotic themself and that is how the bad schools came up , mostly around the 70´s
where is this

@7danick
1st you don´t look to the ground or on your hands during the form all the time lol
2nd there does not exist anything like "shaoling wing chung"
3rd chinese martial arts are never done barefeet
4th just the idea that somebody calls this wing chun is so wrong that it can´t get any worse XP

@schulleee Oh there are many bad schools I will agree with that, but that's for a majority of styles. Like all of them.
I had one teacher who was my own dad who learned from a man from china, so that was good and not watered down.
And my instructor for another style learned from the grandmaster in china so that was pretty good too.
