me (cleric) and a glad took him as well, lvl 26 and 32, but a sorc lvl 36 came near 90%, outdmg'd us and took our loot :( QQ bad ncsoft for this! :D

If you look at WoW boss, they all have special ability and attack which each member have to know and understand. This doesn't look like this in this video. tank and spank.

Well in WoW all bosses are for lvl 60+ only, as people were only allowed to lvl to lvl 34 (i think) out of a max of 50 levels in this cbt, i think this was a lower level boss meant to 'learn' the mechanics of boss tanking/etc. You had the same idea in EQ2: several bosses at lower levels that were meant to learn these encounters, then they grew harder when you leveled. Btw at aionsource forums i saw a boss listed that did have all the special abilities (sleep, aoe, etc) that you mentioned...

Yeah, like WoW doesn't have a bajillion tank and spank bosses. Also this is probably a quest boss, why wouldn't it be a tank and spank?

cuz the party have a tank.. a tank job is to maintain hate/agro of the monster .. the monster need to att the tank only ... .. cant att mages or some others that have less armor /defence,, if u dont know anything about this .. i just recomend u to go and look for some mindless halo videos
