I saw this on a low power station called WCEA-TV in Boston, which is owned by Peter Cuenca, the owner of a newspaper called "La Semana."  It was played following the sign-off announcement and a video of the Puerto Rican national anthem. That anthem featured overhead shots of various locations of Puerto Rico.
