I just bought this DVD, and I have to say, it is amazing. Absolutely brilliant. The training mentality really is second to none. I'm really impressed, and definitely recommend it, even to non-combatives who just want to look after their health and fitness. The breathing exercise at the end is nice too.
whats the song name

@urfaceismessed it doesn't really have a name, it's just a bit of background music

@perten It sounds pretty awesome. Did you have someone create it for you or something?

Seeing the trainees running around the room with their arms in the air made me laugh.
Running miles with a ~8lb. rifle isn't easily replicated there, but cool training techniques in this DVD sample.

Those look like excellent dynamic body movements. Able to use the body in a number of different ways.
