There is absolutely no way I would strive to stuff myself with tons of food while i'm sick, especially when i'm grossly obese, prone to intermittent vomiting episodes, and when my mouth, table, and clothes are encrusted with my own vomit. Mr. Creosote is by far the sickest most disgusting character on the face of the planet (in a positive way), and there's no way any man with or without eating disorders could relate to him.

This is disgustingly brilliant. I first watched this years ago with my folks and a few friends...it made them sick, but I thought it was great! One of Python's best. John Cleese's unflappable waiter was a real tonic. Mr Creosote's high speed puke all over the menu, and Cleese just calmly wipes it off and shakes it onto the floor...excellent. Whenever I'm in need of some sick humour, I tune into Mr Creosote...though not whilst eating ;)

The first time I saw this was 1983 at the local theatre. Everyone laughed, but I went insane. My wife was elbowing me saying " alright , that was funny but it`s over now". I couldn`t stop laughing. My wife told me after that everyone in the theatre was laughing at me. This clip has been the basis for many other barfaramas in films since. You`ve got to hand to those British... very creative. My dad said they were extremely rank during the war , lighting farts, and other classical stuff

I don't understand why so many people like this. I'm a huge fan of Monty Python, I've seen most of the TV shows and think Life of Brian and the Holy Grail were brilliant. But this movie (and the sketch was a good example of the movie) wasn't a bit funny IMO. It was just trying to shock, and I don't have a problem with that, but there needs to be a point to it, and especially it needs to be funny, and this isn't.
