@honron21 Sí, algunos pudieran pensar así debido a que Arrau fue el mejor intérprete de Beethoven en el siglo XX, pero la verdad es que el maestro siempre sintió más afinidad con Liszt,

En mi opinión él no fue el mejor sólo en Beethoven, sino además en Liszt, Brahms, Schumann y Mendelsohn.

Arrau fue discípulo de un discípulo directo de Franz Liszt. Arrau tocaba con una sensibilidad maravillosa y el lo hace parecer tan fácil, pero esta pieza es enormemente difícil.

Liszt fue siempre el compositor favorito de Caudio, en sus interpretaciones se nota una clara identificación con los sentimientos del genio húngaro...

Ah, he makes it looks SOOOO easy! I've tried this, and it's HARD. That's why I can't play it.

Arrau was one of the greats. He could bring out the true spirit of the music and make you forget where you are.

Arrau was the one who introduced me to so many great compositions that just happened to be played by the piano. Indeed he was a musician who just happened to play the piano.

@maxscriptguru I'm happy to say that I have learned this piece now. It was hard at first, but finally it came to me and I can play it all just how I like it. I know of hardly any other piece that is as worth it to play. I am now spoiled for anything else. What music is there after this? Life is over now....
