yeah respect they done and will always have done more for harcore/punk/rock/thrash than alot of bands they were some of the first to meld punk into hardcore! pissed thats a hundred times more than u will ever do?
i would still pay to see em after seeing this, few if any bands can touch that sound. but hr standing in one place in a fucking bike helmet the whole time and the rest of the band going off!?
You can never take away the Bad Brains have done for music. Not just punk or hardcore, either. Their influence is larger and wider than most realize or admit. They never repeated themselves through all their albums. Few bands can say that. If they want to play shows now, great. I'll go see them. But I'd be silly to expect the Bad Brains of the Late 70's/Early 80's now, in 2007! I'll go pay $20 to see them now, just out of respect.
It's true that HR did some crazy stuff, but he just doesn't put energy into it. After all, they're getting old and HR is more interested in reggae than hardcore.
Is that Schumacer?

The only reason he did this was because he was a germophobe for that night. I have the inside scoop from NYC. What a wacko.
