Do some research. Dumond was a holdover pardon from the Clinton administration. Huckabee wrote him a letter which was complimentary to Mr. Dumond's religious conversion, but otherwise didn't agree with his release. The content of that letter has been totally misrepresented. Nevertheless it doesn't matter since you can't undo a pardon. In short: Clinton pardoned Dumond, but it came through during the first months of Huckabee's governership. Period.
