I've started baking my own bread. I will buy an electric oven as well and a wood stove oven that I can use outdoors incase of elctricity and gas shortages. I will soon be turning a large percentage of my garden into a fruit and vegetable growing area. I will also be getting a chicken coup and a compost heap and going to visit my local small farmers.
