The guy in the first few min. is James Urbaniak (Voice of Dr. Venture) Next is Jackson Public (co creator and voice of The Monarch and Mr. White) and at 3:11 up pops Doc Hammer (Co Creator and voice of Billy Quizboy and Dr. Girlfriend, and others) All the rest seem to be fans.
