hey what settings do you use to have that ambient delay you do in the beginning?

@TheEmerchan hey man! I have a DD-5 on dotted eighth note...with about 80% level and 20% feedback, and then a supplementary DD-3 on 800ms, 50% level, 50% feedback (but those are rough estimates) - check out the tutorial - i describe the settings more in depth there!

@joeldification hey man, i actually do not have the tabs....I realize that the video is too far away for you to see what i am playing, i apologize for that...youll see in my latest videos how i tried to aim for the viewers to see what i was playing. Nonetheless, this summer i will be making instructionals of the covers (what to play, effects used, etc) So, thatll be up in about 3 weeks!

heyy, ha i think i just found my favorite person to keep an eye out for on youtube, but i have just about the exact same setup as you except for the JH, but idk if you have checked out the sparkle drive by voodoo labs? it has the exact same chip as the ts808 but with a clean opamp in there too, its quite beautiful

@jared2ben haha dude thanks so much for the encouraging words - and yeah, i have heard of the sparkle drive - it was either that or the Fulldrive Mosfet 2, and i picked the FD-2....honestly though, you cant go wrong either way at all, it is an awesome pedal, and probably hosts a greater drive than the FD-2, i just opted for the FD because i needed a clean, sharp, punchy tone to saturate the TS808. But yeah man, you know your gear for sure!

Awesome videos! Just had a couple of questions

Do you use the volume pedal as a kind of like wah to get the gradually crescendo and decrescendo during the chorus?

And how to you use the two delays? I saw in a another video replied to someone saying you use the DD-3 as like ambience and then DD-5 for tap..care to explain the DD-3 settings and if you change them for different songs, etc?

hey moe761 - i am using the Fulldrive, TS808, and Jekyll & Hyde in this one haha..... i leave the FD on throughout the entire song - but i compliment the J&H for the solo parts, and add the TS808 for the saturated tones during verse 2
