well the only one who isn't from megadeth is Steve Smyth...then there is Shawn at drums and James playing bass...soo....I'm sure Mustaine loved to jamm with them
Steve Smyth is playing lead axe in this video-he shreds with FORBIDDEN, TESTAMENT & SKITZO. he is bad ass. I saw him in SWEETLEAF his black sabbath/ozzy tribute band.
Dave is indeed playing Mike Amott's signature Tyrant V.
Megadeth weren't scheduled to play so I assume they decided to jump up there at that moment and grab what was available. Dave had plenty of his own sign guitars at the Dean booth at NAMM .
Robb Flynn also used that guitar that night as well, take a look at the other videos on here..
Holy shit he has a different headstock than usual. He said he hates headstocks that have three strings on each side, whatever its always interesting to see him try new stuff
There was no soundcheck, it was thrown together very quickly, using borrowed gear, and Steve was asked to do this not long before the show started. All those things considered, I think they did an excellent job and Steve did great under last-minute pressure.
Dave = Megadeth, so this can be considered as a MD gig :DD

I watched a lot of the event via the webcast and the sound was off all night. This looks like it was taken with a cellphone.
