My left elbow hurts when I try to do a bar curl, and I end up having to stop because i'm afraid of hurting myself to much. Any guess as to what I may have injured?
@Snoopii211 Fluffy? As in soft? In that case, you just have some fat covering it up. Looking "cut" is caused by having low body fat percentage. So just do a light diet and more cardio, and you should get a cut look.

@Custom09 To get more definition you need to decrease body fat or increase muscle size (progressive overload not high reps because all that does is increase muscular endurance) or both!!
