  • What a wonderful guy Mugabe is indeed! Without war he made his country suffer worse than during the civil war: according to the Center for Global Development, between 1999 and 2004 Zimbabwean economy imploded by 34%. For a comparison, civil war in Sierra Leone let to decrease of 26%, civil war in Congo led to a decrease of 19%. As things only got worse since 2004, we can only guess by how much the economy imploded by now.

  • You can do something about Zimbabwe besides wring your hands. Please see video posted by Acts520.

  • There are no UN sanctions against Zimbabwe. They would have been imposed, but China and Russia blocked this resolution of UN security council. In absence of UN sanctions every country is free to trade with Zimbabwe. US and EU decided to impose sanctions against personal effect and businesses owned by corrupt Zanu-pf officials. This black list has about 200 names. US also ordered its banks not to give Zimbabwe any loans and not to cancel previous debt. US and EU are in their full rights to do it.

  • if mugabe is still incharge of military'so wats the purpose of tsvangirai signing the deal,so he's only after money, same old shit.

  • we must act and think like zimbabweans, says Mugabe well thats true but the only pple who are not acting and thinking like zimbabweans is him ROBERT MUGABE and ZANU PF THUGS,ARMY AND POLICE.

  • Toilet paper costs $417.

Unemployment 70-80 percent of Zimbabwe's 4.2 million workers.

Zimbabwe's $500 bill, now the smallest in circulation.

    Getting rid of Mugabe ..priceless.

  • Mugabe is President and has control over the armed forces, In no way is that "getting rid of Mugabe"

FREE ZIMBABWE as it is not yet free

    PEace

  • Ever hear of a military takeover?

  • Thats kinda my point.....

Why ppl, downgrading my comment. I challenge any1 to say that having Mugabe incharge of the armed forces and staying as president, even refering to himself as the "king" in his signing speech, is in anyway, "getting rid of Mugabe". PEace
