  • Hippie Jewish guy with a Hitler mustache?

  • I love John Cleese face in this sketch, so matter of fact. Wonderful.

  • Number one: Holy fuck on a stick just LOOK at Graham! :O:D

Number two: Dislikers, please tear up your donor cards for your own safety cos I've a feeling ur gonna b hearin a knock at your door soon... >=)

  • One Moment of Your Time'. This campaign is set up to get 25,000 people to sign the organ donor register in the 25 days up to Christmas.

All I need is just ‘one minute of your time’, to invite you to sign the ‘Organ Donor Register’.

At this time of the year, it is most poignant because we all seem to miss our loved ones even more ‘. Go to Facebook and go ‘One Moment of your Time’.

    kind regards, Maria

  • @mariachivers Wrong video.

  • The picture at the begning looks like Peter Cushing.

  • I saw this for the first time when I was 9 while my older brother was watching it. I literally fainted, I was so disturbed. Had no idea this was suppose to be a comedy. lol If the guy's screams weren't convincing, I would've been fine.

  • I couldn't stop laughing the first time I saw this, it's pretty fucked up though

  • Hitler hippie! :o

  • Need we say moooore!!!!

  • Lol and uuuuh bleeg

  • Sitting here stunned!

Perhaps because i wasn't expecting it , it's made me feel physically sick!

    Funny though !

  • i've seen a lot of sick, fucked up horror movies and anime, but this just takes the cake. This is so disturbing, I can't watch it without feeling pain in my abdomen. still funny, though.

  • Punchline!

  • i was lookin for dj shadows hahaha

  • @GreeenGiantt Lololol so was i good tune but iknow this sketch anyway :p

  • sick!

  • I love the music XD

  • That's what THEY really want to do to us......COMING SOON

  • I'm still very confused about what sort of nationality/ethnicity Gilliam is trying to portray here. He has dreadlocks, his accent sounds like a combination "Eastern European" and "New York cab driver", and to confuse matters even worse there is Yiddish music playing in the background of his house.

  • @SpunkySkunk347 Rastafarian Nazi Jew is what I gathered from his appearance

  • YO! Check the portrait of H.I.M Haile Sellasie! Love it, but why is it in some English guys house?????

  • I use to love watching horror movies, but this is way more aweful and bloddy them any horror movie I ever watched....

  • Dear god, look at Graham...Whilst cutting out that poor man's liver, even whilst doing that, he's smoking hot. Too bad he's gay. Well, and dead. Too bad he was gay.

  • The Monty Python horror skit!

  • @Damndrrtyapes More like the Monty Python jumps the shark skit.

  • Comment removed

  • This one is not funny! It's horrible!

  • @Husvagnen18 seriously wtf its so good

  • OH MY GOD'S SONE NAMED JESUS CHRIST WITH HIS MOTHER MARY, WHAT ARE THEY DOING TO HIME????!!!!! HAT IN THE NAME OF THE GOD FAMILY IS WRONT WITH THEM???!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You know what it's scarier? That they DON'T show what the eff they are doing to the poor guy.

  • one of the most sickest and funny scenes in monty p.... yuk!

  • it's aaaaaall for the good of the country!

  • They did indeed make a whole movie about this, Repo Men with Jude Law and Forrest Whittaker. Terrible film.

  • First Monty Python I ever saw. Saw it when I was about 5. Had nightmares for weeks.

Maybe this explains my wicked sense of humour...

  • i almost barfed X_X

  • I saw the movie for some min ago, when it was that skit I could not stop laughing... It was just to brilliant. :)

  • Actually Graham Chapman was a doctor.

  • I feel bad for the man...

  • This is sick, black humour, but it is also briliant, real humour

  • they made an etire movie out of this

  • If anyone finds this sick, look up the meaning of life vomit dinner scene. God . . .

  • @itztheJL that was brilliant, so funny

  • @itztheJL nay, look up "Mr. Creosote"

  • "I'd thought she'd never ask" hahaha guy with blood all over him "right" makes me laugh everytime ^_^

  • Am I the only one who is kind of in love with John Cleese?

  • Brilliant! Lol

  • This pretty much scarred me as a kid, I hadn't seen Monty Python be so dark before.

  • haha that's so funny

  • Repo: the genetic opera?

  • I love that Gilliam is a Jewish Rastafarian. :D

  • 1st time i watched i was freakedout 2nd time i was ok with it 3rd time i just laughed. all in 1 day

  • Ok, this sketch scared me like shit when I was a kid, oh my god. I'd always look away. Even today I don't think it's very funny.

  • how is he still alive through this?????

  • 54 people suffered while getting their organs removed.

  • 'You're not doctors, then?'

    'Oh blimey, no!'

    Gotta love Python. :D

  • This is fucking hilarious! I watched the whole thing (the meaning of life) the other day... ROFLMAO! It's a bit dated though :/ .... i still love it! XD

  • OH GOD this was so gross but hahaha the Ending was totally worth it!

  • i know im going to get shot for saying this but i dont like this sketch really much actually its my least favorite

  • i wanted to be an organ donor til i saw this 0_0

  • just lie down sir, it will take a minute xD

  • I'm not going to risk getting a liver donor card after watching this...

  • nobody else find this sick? lol still funny xD

  • lmao this is so gross :D

  • lesson learned: when you open the door and two guys are standing there, and ask if they can have your liver, SLAM THE DOOR SHUT!

  • Graham looks kinda like Robert De Niro in this scene (at least that's what I think) and John apparently put cotton balls in the sides of his mouth to look like Marlon Brando from The Godfather

  • Repo-men?

  • Oh, so MUCH blood.

This film is too MUCH silly.

  • "-you're not doctors then?

-blimey, no!" :D I love the Pythons

  • Before Repo: The genetic opera there was Monty Python the original REPO MEN!!!

  • what film is this from?

  • @Topea97

Monty Python's The Meaning of Life

  • @Topea97 the meaning of life

  • Wow, I didn't even recognize Graham at the beginning.

  • I'll bet that man wishes he never answered the door.

  • haha, Monty Python are amazing

  • i hate jews

  • @Barnaxus I'm sure the Jews are not sleeping well at night, knowing that you hate them. Douchebag.

  • @ranmakun69 That nice to know mr. shabasgoy

  • Crap

  • Not that I'm a necrophiliac or anything, but Graham looks rather lovely in this sketch.

  • this is...............retarded

  • Repo-men...

  • "You sure?"

    "Sure."

"Can we have your liver then?"

  • Screaming Cock donates his organ to Para routinely.

  • 50 people donated their liver.

  • I'm using it !

  • "but it says in the event of death!"

"well no bodys who had their liver taken out by us has survived"

    roflmfao

  • Comment removed

  • dude that was slightly disturbing!

  • It took longer than a minute.....

  • I believe that they were on to something. Look up the New York City Fire Department and the Organ Preservation Units.

  • well at least the livers fresh

  • EPIC.

  • lets find the 47 people that disliked this video AND TAKE THEIR LIVERS!!!

  • - No! It says ...In the event of death!!

    - Don't worry mate. Noone has ever had their liver taken out by us and survived :)

Not even Quentin Tarantino could top this!

  • God, it's like something out of a Quentin Tarantino film

  • Is it me or those two collectors look rather weird? Especially John Cleese's character. He has a weird look on his face when the other removes the liver.

  • Truth stranger than fiction - the UK government has been caught harvesting the organs of nuclear workers.

And I should point out that when John says she's a very attractive woman, he's wrong on 2 counts.

  • I love MP Meaning of Life. But I've always wondered why the guy is wearing dreadlocks and a Bob Marley t-shirt. Were the Pythons just a fan of his music? Or is there some kind of inside joke I'm missing?

  • @SteveDJ34 it was just a character that terry gilliam made up

  • Don't you love how the other brother pops in and doesn't ask any questions?

  • This still makes me laugh rather hysterically; I think it's the fact that it is so over the top.

  • you see, this is why i'm afraid to donate organs.

  • Monty Python is awsome, The meaning of life is my favourite, not sure weather the woman is a man dressed up, looks very convincing.

  • @Penguindog55 it's a guy...

  • ha, they just take your organs now without permission anyway..... iv just burned my donor card...

  • this is as dark as it gets lol

  • *hurls*

  • got to wonder what type of liver they used. I mean obviously it wasn't an actual human liver.(I hope) My guess would be cow or pig.

  • "don't muck us about."

    God I LOVE the English!

  • well can we have your liver then?

  • Darkest sketch ive ever seen

  • DISTURBING!!!!!!!

  • i wish i could do this for a living

  • Yes, let's all become an organ donor so someone can get to live, have a life, get marry and have a family while you get to die in a rotten casket that no one cares about.

Fuck that bullshit. You drink, you smoke, you're not getting shit from me.

  • @RoyalDog214

    are you serious?

  • I'm using it!!!

  • i will never go to the doctor again!!!

  • I love the wife's reaction to the whole thing. they're slicing this guy up, and she says '"typical of him. he goes down to the public library, sees a few posters, and comes home all full of good intentions." whatever reaction could you possibly have to two people coming into your home and slicing out your husbands liver.

  • At 2:12, is that his heart?

  • @noodnic no, it's his liver

  • notice how the wife dosnt seem to care about the blood and gore in front of her

    "your not doctors then"

    "blimy no" LOL XD

  • Only just realised - you can see the 'operation' behind the frosted glass in the kitchen!

  • I have to agree with those that say this is gruesome stuff. It's a failure of expectation. You usually don't expect gore in a comedy film. I was shocked when I saw this the first time. It wouldn't be as horrible to me if it wasn't in the context of having to 'be funny.' I can see the humor and what's supposed to be funny, but I don't laugh because I can see this actually happening. If this was in an explicit horror or gore film, I wouldn't care as much.

  • @slaughtz

I think it would have worked better if John had stayed in the hallway whilst a kind of "Mary Queen of Scots" operation went on off stage behind him, wild sound effects, limbs and buckets of blood every where but in such excessive quantities the effect would be funny and not disturbing.

It would make the dialogue funnier as well. Jones said in an interview on the film's release that they had filmed sequences they had expected to be cut and I wonder if this was one of them.

  • i was going to sign up to be an organ donor, then i saw this and am now having second thoughts.

  • holy shit holy shit... this is the most gruesome thing I've ever seen... and I've seen 3 men 1 hammer :'(

    i mean god freaking dammit

  • @TheOpinionatedPerson seriously? This has fake blood, uber fake organs, and the silliest "pained yells" imaginable, and you're comparing it to a film that shows a REAL and brutal murder? Seriously?! You're an ass clown.

  • @chippendaleduo You must have no imagination at all if everything being fake makes it incomparable to murder to you

  • @TheOpinionatedPerson I have a better imagination than you, I'm sure, but I can separate imagination from reality rather well. How about you?

  • This is a very freaky scene but its kinda funny...

  • I love Monty python...but that's just too disgusting *ewww*

  • they steals livers from the healthy and gives them to the dying...kinda like robin hood

  • @freetrigger

Well, they gave it to the guys who ordered that very special food :D

They shouldn`t were wandering where those fancy meals come from...

  • @venyusz01

    Soylent Green!

  • @freetrigger it's not stealing.. he signed the donor card duh.

  • @freetrigger Yeah too bad the healthy end up dead!

  • eventho it's fake but it's still really disturbing

  • "Do you fancy a cup of tea?"

"Oh that wouId be very nice, thank you....I thought she'd never ask"...BEST LINE in sketch/scene :)

  • Chapman in this looks alot like Edward Norton. Does anyone else think so?

  • Can we have you kidneys then?

  • Now this is the original Repo Men :)

  • using this to make a death metal song sample :)

  • No one has had their liver taken out by us that's survived.

  • That wife of his could have any part of me any day!

  • Repo Men . !!111

  • Repo Man might have been inspired some in the style... :D

  • @Zarkow Yes, i saw Repo Men yesterday, and in one scene there was Jude Law and Forest Whitaker watching television, and the scene they were watching was this scene :)

  • i think they took like five livers from him (:

  • LOL, GROSS!

    So funny though!

  • this shit is nasty!

  • I watched the movie Repo Men. Then i watched this sketch again, and i imagined Jude Law and Forest Whitaker in place of Cleese and Chapman. Hilarity ensued.

  • omgore!!!

  • "What's this then?"

    "A liver donor's card."

    "Need we say more?"

    Hah.

  • I love the way the guy tries to hit on the woman right after killing her husband in front of her. Real playa

  • @HetLedie he was only hitting on her to get her liver :P

  • @Ganshinu I guess so. Maybe they should have run to Canada to get their healthcare. lol

  • LOL so painful to watch yet so entertaining.. `o.O

  • A very funny twist on what many people believe will happen to them if they fill out the donor form,LOL

  • Am I the only one who notices that Chapman is looking pretty darn good-looking in this? <3

  • I remember watching this as a kid, was kind of disturbing for me then :/

  • How to destroy a very funny idea by turning it into a totally nasty one. They should have slammed the door once it became clear what was going to happen and moved on.

Watching somebody screaming and kicking around whilst they are being disembowelled is not funny. Suggestion is a far more powerful comedic tool and this would have been a lot funnier without the gratuitous violence.

Comedy violence has its place as with "Sam Peckinpah's Salad Days" and the Black Knight in Holy Grail. This fails.

  • Comment removed

  • @theturtledude12 Indeed. People used to like watching people being ripped apart by Lions as well at one stage. This is a hilarious idea badly executed. To see gore comedy done hilariously check out Sam Raimi.

Material like this needs a cartoonish element to distance itself from the audience somewhat which is why Mr Creosote, The Black Knight and Salad Days are funny.

This is too close to reality, made even worse by the fact that you are asked to identify with the donor at the start. Horrible!!

  • @egapnala65 By all means, if you actually survive being sliced up like that and still live for that long, I'd call that more than enough unrealistic... The funny part is when they talk, not when they disembowels him. Even they had to do something different than previous sketches, and copying Sam would just be ridiculous...

You cannot compare the Black Knight and this one. It is 2 whole different universes, if I may put it that way.

  • @theturtledude12

But if you want to emphasise the dialogue, put that in the foreground. Here the emphasis is on the disembowelment not the dialogue. Putting the disembowelment offstage would have been an improvement.

Whether or not the survival is unlikely and cartoonish, the screaming and the floundering about aspects belong in a horror film like "Hostel" not a Python movie.

  • @egapnala65 You are wrong, I found it funny and well executed. You are not the authority on comedy.

  • @Zarkow Each to their own. To me it is a crude misfire that could have been done better.

  • "its a large glandular organ in yer Ab-Doh-Men" =)

  • Monthy Python dreamed the future of the "Facebook" 30 years ago:)

  • i find this scene realli disturbing lol. but i still love monty python :DD

  • "Hello!...What's this then?"

    "A liver donor's card."

    "Need we say more?" (Nope!)

"Listen! I can't give it to you now, it says in the event of death!"

"Yup! Nobody who's had their liver taken out by us has survived."

    That's brilliant.

  • LOL!

  • brilliant

  • 'your not...doctors then?'

    'Oh blimey no!'

    love this sceneXD

  • Haha shocking but genius sketch! "I know what it is, but...I'm using it." LOL! It makes me laugh when the unfortunate "patient" still tries to cling onto his liver when it's been taken out, haha! xD.
