    You want proteins?! go natural!....canned fish like Tuna, Anchovies, Salmon usually contain around 20-25g of Protein and things like Baked beans can contain about the same. Make yourself a home-made milkshake with apples, bananas, grapes, strawberries and milk. A raw egg is a plus!

  • Okay In Shideru. I started this routine om Monday May 30, 2011. I have a long commute to Washington DC.

    So, I donnot have a lot of time to get to gym. I am going to get to the gym by 2:15 AM. It's right, 2:15 AM and do this routine along with one hour of cardio. I am going to commit to this for six weeks. Hopefully, I will see some definition as well as weight loss. I would like to lose 27 pounds.

    Any one else doing this routine? Please post.

  • @TrueDominguez not difficult. strike the knee, groin, come up under his chin. move into the target, dont let him gain a distance from you and attack pressure points on face, neck, and/or head. a nice thrust to the voice box will floor him.

Each meal is very small in protein (only one serving) per meal. And some how they where able to go from average body to a body like Arnold ! I am telling you the truth. I mean i guess some people would gain from proteein shakes etc that maybe have a certain body character. But in general I think if you can work out like your life depends on it then you will get big

  • @Bladerunner55217 If you are tough you can easily deprive other inmates from their rations, going higher in the hierarchy you can probably easily obtain extra food, supplements and even steroids. It is exact science, you cannot get insane muscle mass with poor nutrition.

So out of the thousands of prisoners in the united states that went from average build to huge in say 5 years was getting extra food because of hierarchy. maybe a small % lets say but don't think everyone of them lol.. I have a friend "bruce" he is a weight trainer, who did 5 years in prison. He showed me pictures of before he went in. He was 5'8 155 pounds. After the 5 years came out 225 thick muscle. He did not belong to no gang ~

  • @bblvdOG Fuck protein? No no you are obviously not educated on whey protein. It is composed of wheat and organic protein materials making for natural muscle build rather than fake muscle build as with creatine. It also helps for quick recovery after workouts.

    u need to keep at it and have a daily routine u wont notice right away but if u keep it up u will notice the difference each month

    i put on 4 and a half stone last year

    gym 6 days a week for between 50mins to an hour and half

    do different things each day like bi's and tri's monday

    back and shoulders tuesday

    abz and chest wednesday

    and legs on other days but make sure you stick to routine

    and dont forget cardio

    free weights are the best and machines dont really do anything

    and if you want to build weight faster i suggest using creatine powder and a new protein shake called cyclone

    creatine helps build muscles faster and helps you to last longer in each session at the gym

    and protein shakes will help build the weight

    STAY AWAY FROM STEROIDS

  • i've been doing weights and since all i got is 20 and 10 lb dumbbells but cuz they're light i used to do BURNOUT types of workouts... now i don't see any progress and don't see any strength improvements. Im Junior right now in Highschool and need to really keep up with studying. If i can't get the heavier adjustable dumbbell sets til later, then should i just do pushups and pullups +dips/crunches (Full body workout) 3 tiems a week?

  • @2sexy4myshooz pushups, pullups, dips are all fine. If you want mass then eventually you will need ti hit the weightroom. Your school should have a weightroom. Rest and diet are the key precursers to any program. Eat clean veggies and protien.

  • @SonyCamry hold it by the ends on each side using both hands lift it up slowly behind your back and back still slowly breathe deeply and do 3 sets of 30 a break inbetween each set do this every two days

    i've been working out (split routines) for more than month and half with 20 lb dumbbells. I do not have the weight sets to do heaveir workouts and im a student and i m thinking that i won't be getting that weight adjustables ones for awhile. 20 lb dumbbell workout doesn't really give me fatique for my muscles any longer by doing so. SO

    If i am going to be still using 20lb ones should i just stick to FULL BODY WORKOUT Routine? Thank you

  • Heeey thanks alot for this. I've been doing the workout every other day for 1 month only and the results i get is actually pretty awesome! Highly recommend the routine, takes 45min to do . I'm going to increase my weights a little bit this month and later on even add an additional set for each excercise as i develop my strengths . feel great

    Very good results actually, I started to add in some situps and push ups and split up the bicep curl to concentrate onto that itself. Have increased a lot strengthwise! Good routine :)

  • @puremana22: If you workout with heavy weights and little reps, and eat alot, you will start to get bigger. But if you just use light weights, your muscles will just get hard and tight.

  • starhubb, you can start using dumbbells from 15 for optimum growth. If you really want quick results, i recommend resistance bands to free weights.

  • If you see veins popping, that means steroids. That type of vascularity is not a natural human condition, unless you're 80 yrs. old and weigh 75lbs.

  • no offence bro, but i'd be focussing more on your diet to lose belly fat at the age you're at. a healthier diet and lots of cardio work (taking up some sports or going for jogs frequently) would do much more to lose it than weights work

    I run it through a routine, about a minute rest then start the next set i'm trying to gain muscle and mass also add 20 pounds onto myself before next summer, I cut out my cardio, if anyone has any tips please help me please, this workout gets me super tired, but i'm not sore, week 22
