Interesting. The man asked using "have", so the other man answers also using 'have".
Probably, the meaning is: What time is it? / It is 5 o'clock. Really interesting sentences.

@TheCyberjoa Yes, if someone asks you a sentence using one pattern, you can use the same pattern when you answer them! It makes talking easier^^
