you should keep using the blur option until it satisfies how blurred you want your background to be

or just use Gaussian blur wherein you just enter the percentage of how you want your image to be blurred

no problem, you can also do a hard disk cleanup, this will delete temporary files and other useless files you have on your pc

no it's not, right click your hard disk then select properties then disk cleanup

u can do it without the path u described

u can just go to Start>All Programs>Accesories>System Tools>Disk cleanup

or u can do disk defragmentor which is next to cleanup :D
