This is magnificent! His passion comes through, as does good science and a fun way to both poke fun at revival meetings and use the same engaging delivery! This is in the spirit of "Thank God for Evolution" and "The Great Story". Thank you!
@jiberish001 I don't think he was making fun of Evolution at all! He's making fun of Christian televangelists - mocking and emulating their style. Yet, it turns out that people can get just as excited about evolution as non-scientific people get about the Bible and such. Personally, I find his toungue-in-cheek making fun of Christian televangelists is pretty mild, and ghostsofevolution has transformed what might have been thought of as a comedy sketch into an actually pretty powerful message!
Hilarious! Yes, this a spoof, but why shouldn't we get excited about the wonders and delights of science and evolution? Humans are emotional beings. Scientific discovery and knowledge does not have to be purely intellectual and boring - - the mystery, wonder, and beauty of the evolving living universe should be just as much an emotional and spiritual delight as what old "flat-earth" thinking people get out of superstitious nonsense. Let's delight and enjoy in the wonders of evolution!
Hallelujah! Praise Darwin!

Well Done Connie...nothing like a good old fashioned "revival" to get the crowd out of their seats and paying attention! :)

So this is a comedian making fun of evolution? He did a very poor job of it.
Making fun of something or someone does not make you right, that's what little kids do.
