  • Your body is amazing

  • Would a teenage girl be healthy doing this morning and night? I wanna lose 10 pounds.

  • @NeonDreamingOutLoud You could do it twice a day or every other day. Mix it up with my standing up abs and kettle bell abs. Combine it with a diet of natural healthy food and you should do great! visit lauralondonfitness for more great info or visit me on Facebook too. Let me know how you are doing.

  • love this workout thx for sharing it with us !! should i keep doing this even if i have muscle pain or is that unhealthy bad the muscles?

  • @vickyyy1991 Where is the muscle pain, in your abs it is ok they are working. If it is your back then try my standing up ab video.

  • love love love this ab work out and your stand up one, iv been doing it a week now and i can really feel it working :) if my abs are sore do u recommend to keep doing it or rest? i really dont want to stop tho :)

  • @sarah77863 Do them every other day and switch them up. Try kettle bell abs too.

  • When would you start seeing results ??

And should you do it once a day ..

  • Thanks so much for the video! I loved it and it was definitely a challenge. The only one I couldn't do was the "Heels to heaven". I supposed my legs aren't strong enough because I couldn't get my legs up there like you did. Any suggestions on how to strengthen my legs so I can lift them up for that exercise?

  • This is amazing, thank you. This is my favorite ab work out so far. What a kicker for me. I've been working past other workouts. This one seems to be a new challenge for me.

  • Ok so I did this workout. I felt the pain or "burn" in my legs. So I'm doing the workout correctly???

  • @misstoniabrown You are using the muscles in your legs also, so yes you will feel a burn the first few time you do it.

  • @LauraLondon100 Ok Thanks for answering my question.

  • hello, i'm doing this almost everyday , they really work but my lower back hurts really bad when i do these. what can i do to not cause lower back pain?

  • @fleur797797 Two suggestions. Try making the movements smaller, use a smaller range of motion and also include some lower back exercises to strengthen your back. Try my standing up Ab video and see how that works for you. Keep me posted.

  • @fleur797797 I would suggest using a smaller range of motion, let your abs build up some strength and also do a few back exercises to help strengthen the back muscles. If you are really uncomfortable try my standing up ab video, that may be a better video for you to start with.

  • I'm going to be starting this workout your before picture is how I look now maybe smaller. I want to tone my abs up but I have a problem remembering to hold in my tummy in, do you think a waist trimmer will help?

  • @livelovelocs Holding in the abs and posture are extremely important. For some great info please go to my fitness web site Laura London Fitness com and you can download my free report 10 Surprising secrets to getting fit and fabulous.

  • this chick is beast, these workouts are legit

  • these are so good hahahha and super fun to do! you make me enjoy working out

  • these are good exercises, but she can't count for shit!!!! lmao

  • @ZackiMinaj Watch you language! and no I can't count and exercise and talk at the same time, try it, it's quite hard. But I always tell you I can't count so it's not a surprise and you wind up doing more :)

  • How long do you do it ?

  • @4everTubeYou1 You can do this once, twice or three times.

  • i've been doing this exercise every morning and now i can say that it its an effective ab workout!!! more power and God speed!

  • @mamumags18 Great!!!! Glad keep up the good work.

    LL

  • Gonna start today with this. Like how you sound really motivating :)

  • @anniefromnorway Excellent!!!! Great way to start the day, work those abs and get the metabolism going.

  • how are the 'in n out's and the 'frog's different?

  • @MiNOKii They are very similar in the in and outs you are leaning back and crunching up the frogs your upper body stays in the same place and you only move your legs.

  • @LauraLondon100 but you're leaning back in both the in and outs and the frogs.. hmm confused. apart from that great video i really enjoy them exercises added some into my routine ;)

  • @LauraLondon100 with the right nutrition and cardio, how long will I see theresults if I do this everyday ?

  • @LadyDancetteNeesee You can make a significant body change with proper diet and exercise in a three month period. Clean eating, exercise and constancy are the key.

  • this is amazing. ur body is amazizng! thank u so much for this video!

  • @LuizaKharlashkinaa Thank you for the great comment!

  • how many times should i do this a week? and will my abs look like your's? i mean your abs are SO NICE!! but i'd like slimmer abs.. like tone. i guess.. :)

  • ido these exercises 4 days in week and some other one 4 my legs it takes20 min it that helps i dont wana have steel abs just Body stretching is that enough

  • how long did it tak u to get da abs u got? hop not 10 yearz or sumthin ! ! ! coz it wil mak me even mor sad

dont wana hav 6 pack just want one on da right side and one on the left dats al but even dat ill neva hav im sure

  • will this exercise get ride of belly fat?

  • @Triste584 Yes, if you combine it with proper nutrition and are consistent. Consistency is the key to reaching your goals. Also try my standing up Abs video and Kettle Bell Abs for variety. Keep me posted on your progress. YOU CAN DO IT :)

  • @LauraLondon100 thank you so much i been doing this exercise for 2 week now and i lost 5 pounds :)

  • Great video!!!

  • hi l laura i was wondering u said it took you a long time to get your abs ..but i dont want mine that formed just you know to show definition to have a flat stomach how long did it take you to get just the definition and how long do u think it will take me

  • @boricuaj777 You can make a significant body change in 3 months of consistent eating and exercise. It is hard for me to say without seeing you but, dedicate 3 months to a fitness and nutrition program and you will be well on your way to success. Look for my 12 week goddess lower body program coming in March 2011 on my fitness web site.

  • i just started with p90x and i work out in the AM,and i use this ten minute work out as an extra bonus for the PM ours.i just do it twice! thank you for posting!

  • @yasmeen5217 Thank you for doing my video!!! Keep up the great work,

    LL

  • omg yur abs r solid!

  • @TheMslara26 Abs of Steel :)

  • dont no if i wuz right or wrong but now only do 45 min of ab glider and 30 min of ab excercices

aint got no abs at all ! ! ! dats weird its so fuckin depresin and frsutratin wana die so bad

  • @vegana13 Sorry to hear you are so frustrated. HOw is your nutrition? Are you eating healthy and throughout the day? It takes time to build abs, they start from the inside out, first comes strength, then fat loss and then ab definition. It takes time and every body responds differently. Be the best you, you can be, healthy and happy...

  • dis cats so cute ! !! ! luv white cats hope ure gon liv a long and hapy lif lil angel cat animalz r my favorite stuf in dis fuckin world go vegan! 10 minutes a day's enough? heard some contradictory sutff on da internet : dat one shuld do hundreds and hudnres of scrunch to get 6 pack znd others say only a few minutes a day and one day yeah and one day no and only lik 20 or10 reps a day coz if u do too much u ain neva gon get abds imc onfused whos right whos wrong? used to do 2 hours of abs a day

  • @vegana13 I don't believe a zillion ab exercises is the answer. Consistency in exercise and a spot on nutrition plan are what will take you there. Work the abs hard and smart, feel the movements, make the mind muscle connection. Hope that helps a little.

  • I really appreciate your effort, thanks laura!!! Best instructor so far! I'm so glad I came across your videos.. :D

  • @Alize713 Thank you so much, I really appreciate the wonderful comment! Keep up the good work.

    LL

  • I started to do this workout once a day after my normal workout (I do cardio-strength intervals) and I can really feel it working in my lower back. I still can't do it more than once but I have definitely seen (and felt) a difference in my abs since I started this workout. Thanks Laura!

  • Some people with heftier torsos(generally guys) may find balancing tough on the bicycles. If you just lay down more on your back you may find them a bit easier to use. The focus on the lower abs will still be there.

  • I love this worlkoutt,I doo It every week ,it's my favorite so far. Btw,Great body and your soo Pretty.

  • What's the difference between 'the frog' and 'in-and-out'? Thanks!

  • Do you have a love handle work out video?

  • Damn, you are HOT!

  • We're trying to help my brother lose weight. What exercises would you recommend for a 564lb 6 year old Lithuanian boy?

  • killer body wow woman...im 26 and i don't look like that lol

  • Hi Laura, I had a baby 5 months ago and havent been able to get my body back into shape. I started doing your ab workouts 3 weeks ago and I just love them!! Thank you for making working out so easy at home, since I am unable to hit a gym with a 5 month old baby. I was wondering if you had any videos on leg excerises...like thighs and hips??? Thanks so much!

  • sexy

  • oh lawd im doing this 3 times a week cuz Im so busy with school, otherwise awesome results along with a good diet plan :)

  • I am a pitcher in softball and I am trying to lose some weight and get my core and thighs strong.. do you think you can put some videos on here to help me? It'd be helpful(:

  • you are a total MILF laura : )

  • I'm doing these exercises for 2 weeks now, daily, and my abs are really stronger, I can see 'em much better then before. Thank you so much :)

  • holy shit he-man no thanks!!!!!!

  • has anyone lost weight by doin this workout

  • I am trying to get rid of my baby belly weigh and you seem to be amazing !! I am sore But i feel good too !!

  • Thumbs up if you saw her cat .

  • what would u suggest doing for the little fat below the belly button?

  • Whats that smell? my abs are burning!!

  • Do you think this also helps with getting rid of love handles?

  • @pjshrfu These exercises will help tone your abs from the inside out, making them stronger. Try my standing up ab video too, it has some great movements for the love handles. Add cardio and clean eating to your routine, also consistency is the key. Be patient and you will have success.

  • I've never had a workout on abs that made my abs this sore but i guess its a good type of sore. I also tried the 12 minute standing up abs and its really making me sore. How long do you think it takes to get rid of the love handles?

  • @LauraLondon100 Laura I have seen your videos and visited website.. you are amazingly inspirational !! Love you !! lots of love from your brother Pradeep Singh

  • @punjabiparry Thank you so much Pradeep I really appreciate your support!!

  • hey thanks! i still cant decide.. how many times can i do it? help? :D

  • I got drawn into this video because of the chick!

  • @cfire176 Glad you like the chick, but are you doing the exercises :)

  • when i started watching i thought "this looks so easy", so I decide to follow along and OMG, so intense...definately gonna try doing this everyday now!

  • @roseuhhhh I love it!!! Yes, it really is a challenging ab workout. The great thing about it is, it can be modified for beginner, intermediate or advanced. Keep up the great work!!

  • :O this is cool! but i do not find the difference between the frog and in and out.. help?!?!

  • @selenahillarybrenda There is a slight difference. In the frog you are leaning back and then crunching in. When doing the in & out your upper body is not leaning back and then crunching, it is staying stationary. They are very close.

  • thank yous o much. i do this once pretty much everyday. :D i love how motivating u are. thanks. :D

  • @emilywarawa Thank you so much!!! Nice comments like yours keep me pushing forward. Look for my kettle bell ab video coming soon!

  • @LauraLondon100 You're welcome. Hey what can i do, i don't feel this in my abs much. I'm sick right now so i took today off from ab workout i feel guilty but i have to study for exams, one day won't hurt will it? 3 easy exercise days one of the 3 only abs stuff? i plan on gettin some good dancing and this routine in tomorrow. if i have time i'll do ths 2x other wise i'll do it 2x for a few days after exams are over. think i can reach goal by end of month? i think im bloated right now idk.:(

  • i cant balance i keep falling .. should i keep trying then with time i will be able to balance ?

  • @yungaterror Yes, you will build your strength up. Start with the exercises modified. Feet on the floor or a smaller range of motion. Also try my standing up ab video. Visit me on my fitness web site too!!

    LL

  • I feel like I'm lacking in core strength, possibly because all my life I've had bad posture. Sometimes even, if I'm doing the movements slow, I can't seem to do the movements right. What do you recommend, posture-wise, to check to make sure I'm doing the movements right?

  • @MissJessicaBarre Posture is the KEY to great abs. Download my free report on my fitness web site and learn more. Do these exercises but modify them to begin with. Make the movements smaller until you build up your ab strength... Let me know how you are doing....

  • How often do you have to do this workout in order to start seeing results? :)

Like how many times a week?

  • @PekipseyFIlms at least, combined with good clean healthy eating. Everyone responds differently to exercise. The most important tip is to be consistent with your nutrition and exercise. 3 months of consistency is a good amount of time to see great results.

  • i just tried it and im really feeling it. i love this workout. its now about to be apart of my daily workout routines.

  • @eb2010licious Great!!! Keep up the good work!! Also try my standing up AB video for variety. Kettle Bell abs coming soon!

  • the cat is my fave part <3

  • @xXShrinkWrapXx there's a cat?? at what part?

  • @stephenie27 In the beginning, my white cat Casey :)

  • @LauraLondon100 OMG I saw her, haha awesome.

  • Wow Im gonna keep doing this one. Hard to keep balance on a cpl of those, but I think with time Ill get it down. Thanks for this video

  • 08:40 :) ohh hehe but good job :)(Y)

  • whats the difference between in and outs and frogs

  • this workout really helps, thank you!

  • KITTY

    !!!!!!! <3

  • you look great!

  • my fav workout!

  • you. are. sexy.

  • I'm gonna try this everyday as soon as i come in from school and just before i'm going to bed. :D With my 20 minutes on my bike this might work. Are you supoosed to feel a really tight strain on your tummy because I don't really feel anything...

Am i doing it wrong...? :/

  • @PrincessHeart1997 okay im only 12 i know, but i do lots of working out so i know a lot about this stuff, and yeah you are sorta meant to feel your abs hurting (the good hurt of course not bad) i dont know if your doing anything wrong maybe your trying your that hard or taking it a little too easy? hope this kinda helps! =)

  • @PrincessHeart1997 If you are not feeling anything, slow the movements down, so you can concentrate on the contraction of your abs. That is more important than anything. Once you can focus on the muscle you will be able to work it much more efficiently. Let me know how you are doing.

  • isn't this just P90x...? but easier?

  • @twisnieski It's almost exactly the same as P90X, just a little variation and less reps

  • @jonjohn7881 It is different. What I want you to concentrate on is the contraction and the movement. Make that mind body muscle connection.

  • This is great I'm going to use some of these tomorrow in my HIIT class. Thanks for this post Laura!

  • Excellent Try to Everything

  • Georgie89

  • Georgie89

How many times a day is this workout recommend and per week? do u need to take breaks in between?

  • @g8347 You could do it twice a day and I would suggest alternating days. Try my standing up abs video too to add variety and work the muscles differently. New ab video in February.

  • myosource looks nicer.

  • I love it!! Too bad I could only do like 2 repetitions of each exercise :(

  • @Isma864 You are doing it! That is great. Just modify the exercises. Keep your feet on the floor or use a smaller range of motion until you build up your strength. You can do it!!

  • I am trying to have a second child and I was leaving the abs work out area. Do you think having a tight abs would leave no room for the baby? what is your advice?

  • @cleansoul2012 I would not suggest leaving out the abs. Having a tight core will help you during pregnancy and help to alleviate back pain.

  • Gorgeous!

  • nice

  • Hey I'm around 85 and in trying to lose 25 before the start of school next year any tips or help I don't eat any junk food. Thanks

  • @TheGOODvsDEVIL 85lbs? how old are you?

  • You have a merry Christmas, Laura!

  • i am 285 trying to lose 85 lbs ? what are the percentages that give the best fat lost between . weight lifting, dieting and carbs as far as importance .

  • I'm 13 and I weight 97lbs and I can't even do this....I feel pathetic :(

  • @Mega123justinbieber Take your time and build up to them. At first use small movements and modify the exercises. You will get stronger. You can do it.

  • I love this workout routine! Those heels to heaven are amazing! I had my daughter two years ago & these are definitely helping me get my pre-baby tummy back in its order!

  • @TheBayAllDay420 Fantastic!!!!!! Keep it going, so happy for you :)

  • So i've been doing these everyday with the video and after the third week i feel my abs getting harder ! omg im so excited ! Plus i run a mile and a half everyday with a diet! Excellent !

  • @chocolatethunder2006 WAY TO GO!!!!!!! Also, add in my standing up AB's to change it up.

  • @LauraLondon100 hi! im 12 and im REALLY into sports and working out,i(not to brag ) but have quite a fit body and am stronger than most boys in my grade. im in the swimming team and i do ballet, i also recently joined a boot camp!! iv been searching a lot on how to get good abs because i really want mine to b as hard as a wall! iv found some that need a gym or are way not for my age, but yours is perfect! thanks so much iv been doing these every other day before my activities. =)

  • @mimi1999coocoos That is fantastic that you are into sports and working out. It is a great thing to do throughout your whole life. Glad you like the video!! Keep up the good work!!

  • "Slow and Controlled, not quick and fast". Guys! Trust her on this one. No truer words were ever spoken with a 'Freudian Slip'. It WILL change your life and the woman's you love.

  • OK! I have just found your videos. And watching you do the lower ab workout is more than I can take. I should get some sleep. Thanks for the videos. Wow! You are smokin' hot. LOL Goodnight.

  • Hullo!

This is amazing! Your positive attitude was what kept me going, even late at night I knew I had to have my does of ab workout:) THANK YOU SO MUCH!*If it was easy everybody would be doing it* My stomach was sore the next few days <3!! The only question I have is that although instead of 15 times I did 25 after 5 days my stomach is not sore anymore, does that mean my muscles got used to this and are not being worked out anymore :((?

  • @MissPeaceChan yes that's exactly what that means so now its time for you to add ten more to that set. :) i've been doing these exercises too and i've had to keep adding on or do the set 4 times a day now.

  • @SugarSweetNoNi That is perfect!!! Now to even change it up more, you can add a squeeze at the end of the movements for 1-2 seconds, really feel the contraction.

  • wow! i chose which ever is easy to do or rather the one that i can manage to do and stick to those...

  • very sexy instructor...those legs look ready to be eaten..lol

  • Thank you Laura! Those were really great exercises. When it comes to exercising abs are my weakest area. That kicked my butt but I was able to keep up.

  • How many times have you had to do this over, because of your cat?

  • I love your cat! I have a black one. :)

  • @Dyshisomnoi83 Love my cat, she is hard of hearing

  • i've been looking for a great ab workout video and i'm loving this can't wait to try this tomorrow at the gym! Thank you!!!!!!!!

  • @SugarSweetNoNi Have fun, let me know how it goes.

  • Hi Laura. I've always been skinny but not necessarily in shape so there's a good bit of skin where my abs should be .... So do these exercises take care of the belly skin as well

  • @ninjasloveyooh Belly skin is another issue, try dry skin brushing to tone the skin.
