Upload another image using the method in the video. After it has uploaded you'll notice the number of images in the 'Gallery' tab has increased. In that tab, click 'Show' against the new image you've uploaded and fill in the details. You'll see that there's no number against the new image so type in the next number - i.e. if 23 of the images have numbers against them type 24 into the box then drag it to the position you want it to appear. Click 'Save all changes' and 'Update Gallery Settings'.
