"Tambourine" - obviously playing a tambourine.
P.S.- If you want the "correct" way of doing the dance, follow the guy wearing the orange sleeveless with black pants. He used to be a dancer - hence why he's so good.

"Lookin' for a place to go" - the action is just anything where you're looking.
"Where they play the right music" - the action is playing an Air Instrument (drums, piano, trumbone, drums, guitar, etc.)
Have fun with it. Put a video on YouTube when its done, I want to see it.
