I just got back from Vegas today and i had dinner at Bouchon for Thanksgiving. I had the steak frites and i asked for it well done. I do like my steaks and prepare a good steak myself. The steak i was served at Bouchon was perfectly done. A slight hint of pink in the middle as it should be. Very nice
Good, not perfect. I was surprised it was so reasonably priced. (I've not been to the French Laundry yet) My steak frites was so blood rare it was not edible but the waiter never came back till the frites were all eaten up and by then i was so full i didn't care about the steak anymore. But they are not trying anything out of the realm of the typical vegas traveler who fancies themselves a foodie. If you want a personal touch go somewhere else. This is mass feeding, even though it's good.
