@grizzwinny -really? what a huge mistake! now it's only a matter of time before senior files for chapter 11 or chapter13. oh well he built it once he'll do it again. to bad the family paid a big price for the love of money.
i never realized it till today but the guys who work for occ have to sign a contract to work for them. i have no idea what they have to promise but im sure they promise to stay . lol i guess thats one way to keep help. stay or else contract. even the painter who doesnt work in the factory said it was hell to put up with them just working for them. i guess its pretty bad. godbless.
