We are adopting a boxer-pit mix she is about 13 months old and I am so excited, we bonded within minutes. It took me awhile to make my final decision because I like to hike and participate in outdoorsy type activities and was concerned I would be carrying her most of the way. This vid helped a lot thanx for posting it. Say is that harness average or it it specialized for Jerry? Thanx

my dog just had the surgery, shes a golden retriever
she had the same leg removed like your dog
but shes having trouble walking bc we just got her back today
did it take a while for jerry to run again

Yes, just give her time. The next few weeks may be tough but she will most likely make a full, speedy recovery. Once she's off the pain meds and the stitches are gone, life will get much better.
