As for the slowdancing, I'm fairly certain it comes with the Night Life expansion pack, but I'll try and have a double look for you. And obviously, it only works when their relationship is high enough. :)

He doesn't actually HAVE cancer, it's just the storyline. In the game, he just has flu.
