I would never vote for Giuliani simply because he owns a law firm/lobbying company named Bracewell and Giuliani and some of there major clients is Chevron, Dubia, and the saudi royals. In my eyes there is to much conflict of interest in that.

ok... giuliani never said anything about building a "wall" on out border cause one that will not work. there are tunnels there is the pasific ocean and the gulf. border secure means a lot of things... more guards or what ever, that doesnt mean a wall.

Hey dude... I don't think you really want to expand the size and scope of what the FDA does, if you're a conservative. We don't need big government to solve these problems. We need our government to follow the law that will enable us to better evaluate the foods we eat. For example, country of origin labeling of foods. In addition, take a look at new laws that were passed (with huge help from big pharma) that will make it very difficult to obtain nutritional supplements.

Dealing with immigration properly will tick off too many voters & future voters, so no one wants to do anything meaningful. Eliminating the income tax means that loophole kings will have to start paying their fair share, plus how many bureaucrats will lose their cushy government jobs! Many of those blanket statements leave so much wiggle room that a politician doesn't set themselves up where they would have to actually accomplish things!

One idea that came to my mind lately is that people in places like Iraq, Somalia, etc., are like drug addicts. You hear of so many friends & families of drug addicts who spend lots of time, money & emotion in trying to save those people from themselves. Too often the drug addict doesn't want help & will lash out at those who try. I believed the Iraqis would jump at the chance of democracy & freedom. Some people, or nations, you just can't help.
