Let's say u eat a lot of junk food, and don't train. That way, you will get a lot of energy. If u don't let the same amount out of ur body (by training), you will add some fat. @STRENGTH444 hey I just saw your comment and at the time I wrote that comment I was 12 but now I am 13 ( 1 month to 14 :P ) and yeah since that time I was in good shape like not six pack abs and stuff but just really good shape I had a little belly fat but I was the most athletic guy at school I could beat them all at any sport and I was one of the fastest runners at school :) Now I am nearly 14 and just started bodybuilding about 2 months ago and I am starting to see those abs :) good luck :)
i do this as well as muay thai and going to the gym. It's a good between routine workout so i don't even work abs at the gym which takes up alot of time :D thanks
