  • Hi hi! Have you tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my brother in law got hot 6 pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

  • honestly every freakin video i go to watch to lose belly fat i see exercises that are impossible to do so heres my theory all these fuckin buff dudes who can barey do this shit themselves go jerk off in a bush and get an overweight person in the video so we can watch them do it and relate it to ourselves, if we are able to do most of the shit i see then you really dont need to lose weight anyways stop reading magazines and watching the news you fucking idiots

  • Guys.. Here is the solution: Energy in = Energy out.

    Let's say u eat a lot of junk food, and don't train. That way, you will get a lot of energy. If u don't let the same amount out of ur body (by training), you will add some fat. If u get more energy out than u got in, then u loose fat. But the answer is not to stop eating, or else it will go totally wrong. Ur muscles will start producing extra energy if u stop eating, so eat normally, but not much.. Specially not junkfood, and train a lot!

  • everybody has abs, its just the fat that covers it when that fats gone your abs will appear, the exersises you see on the web is not getting you anywhere thjey will only harden and make your abs strong but thers no point of doing them if you dont have abs in the first place

  • Doing ab workout does not cut fat! doesnt matter how many crunches you do, will not cut fat!. Want to loose stomach fat fast upto 5-8 pounds? Intense cardio is the way to go.

    Try this instead: Sprint for 30 secs then Jog for 1min n repeat until u reach 12-15 mins 3-4 times a week. Will only work if you follow a rich diet.

  • people, want to lose fat I am 12 year old I have been a little fat now I have lost 15 pounds and still have 5 to go but I am kind of struggling on these .what I did was I ate less stopped junk food soda chips etc did this 3 times a week---->sprint 1 minutes jog 2 minutes till it was 20 mins ,and ofcoarse ate much less

  • do NOT do this if u r 12. it will stunt your growth. just do 15 pound dumbell sqauts. im 13 and i cant do them

  • @STRENGTH444 hey I just saw your comment and at the time I wrote that comment I was 12 but now I am 13 ( 1 month to 14 :P ) and yeah since that time I was in good shape like not six pack abs and stuff but just really good shape I had a little belly fat but I was the most athletic guy at school I could beat them all at any sport and I was one of the fastest runners at school :) Now I am nearly 14 and just started bodybuilding about 2 months ago and I am starting to see those abs :) good luck :)

  • i do this as well as muay thai and going to the gym. It's a good between routine workout so i don't even work abs at the gym which takes up alot of time :D thanks
