Because clearly saving a dollar is more important than saving the world? Even IF it's all a big scam (which is unlikely), it seems reasonable to try and do something rather than do nothing and have it bite us in the ass.
@Schyntful Where do you think the money goes to? Trust me it does not go back to helping the environment... go research it and you will find the truth.
I don't actually spend money on this. I do the simple things, like recycle, reduce, reuse, and turning off lights when not in use. Simple small things. Or are those horrible money wasting things too?
@Schyntful I'm talking about the carbon tax lie. I agree with all that you said about doing our own part - power, we are off the grid with solar - everyone should be if they own their own home.
@optimumperformance I agree with you on the "if you don't know where your money REALLY is going, then don't spend it." part. I think I was trying to say something along the lines of "do the 3 Rs, buy foods that aren't heavily laced with chemicals, etc."
Intense commericals. The animals commiting suicide was a little much...same with the polar bears dropping from the sky and the orangutan digits. BUT it DOES send a dramatic message on the changes we should be trying to make for the only planet we have.

More Global Warming propaganda - we know it's all a lie. Do the research people and don't fool for their lies.
